Food was ok once I finally got it. When I asked how much longer my wait would be, that I was waiting for a long time, the guy behind the counter thinks that waiting for 26 minutes is acceptable. He got pretty mouthy when I asked and was making comments behind the counter. I could hear him but it wasn't worth saying anything back. I'm sorry but I feel a 1/2hr wait for fast food is a little much. This isn't Longhorn Steakhouse. Terrible service.
Five stars all the way. I'm in New York visiting my family and wanted to feed them. William at the drive-thru was very friendly and showed me how to get the best deal to feed a big family.

William was great at the order window! helped me order food enough for 4 hungry munchkins. He was friendly and left me feeling like a great customer. Good man Will.

KFC offers great fried chicken, with a friendly and prompt service. A customer received a good deal with a coupon, although there was a slight confusion with the payment. The dining room could use better cleanliness, especially with dead flies in the windows. Despite a hiccup with fulfilling an order, the staff was helpful and accommodating. The food was fresh and tasty, making it a satisfying dining experience overall.
