Stopped in the village mid-ride today while cruising the rail trail—had a craving for coffee but found Erin’s Café Diner instead. Mr. Baker cooked up a hamburger and a side of perfectly crispy fries that absolutely hit the spot halfway through my 50-mile ride. Friendly service, great local feel, and exactly the kind of small business worth supporting when you’re pedaling through Mendon, New York. Highly recommend! 🚴♂️☕🍔
Finally got there for lunch! We were welcomed so warmly by Richard, and the other patrons, that I felt like I was with our friends and home. It is so comfortable and inviting. We both decided to get the half order of fish fry for lunch and it was out of this world delicious. We will definitely be back to try the other things on the menu. Just wanted to do the fish fry because that’s only available on Fridays. So lucky to have this place so close. We will be back soon.
It's a cozy, friendly atmosphere. The decor made me feel like I was at my Nana's house for Sunday family brunch. Upon walking in I was greeted by the chef who I assume is also the owner. He has a welcoming charm and is very attentive. Upon reviewing the menu, I found it simply wonderful. I didn't know what item I wanted they all sounded great. I decided to throw it all on black with the special menu option chefs choice. And I have to say it was the best decision...
