If Hollywood needed to make a movie with an authentic town bar, they would film it here. It's been in operation since 1946, is the quintessential town bar, and is an amazing gem in Mendon. I was there with a buddy of mine for the first time and the bartender put a bottle of beer on the bar where no one was sitting. Three minutes later, a regular popped in and sat down to enjoy that beer.
I knew then and there this place was legit.
