Absolute worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my entire life. No lie. I have eaten at hundreds of establishments around the fingerlakes and this place takes the cake. I call at 6:30, am told 20 minutes. I arrive at 7 (30 minutes later)where I then wait another 40 minutes, just to have someone say oh, your food has been done and sitting here. Cold food too. Please keep in mind I absolutely never write reviews and would suggest staying away from this place.
I just found the best turkey sub on the face of the Earth
