Had dinner here recently. We ordered what we thought were two half plates to share. Shrimp oreganata & Chicken a la Fabio’s. The latter was excellent, the former was good but oddly, hard to cut into smaller bites. Service was very good. We had a very disappointing ending to our meal when the bill reflected a miscommunication on the part of our server & the manager decided that it was our fault & thus, our responsibility to pay the higher amount. It was a good meal, nevertheless.

Great food and incredible personal service. Sharing Fabio salad, and the server divides it at the table. Same done with a number of their main courses. Plenty of room between tables and you can talk to each other and be heard. Always a nice dining experience.

The food is fabulous but the temperature control in the place would make me not come back. I was wearing a tank top with lace and was dying from the heat. Seems to be a common issue in the summers it's hot as well...

I like this restaurant but my problem is they blast the music. I go out to dine and have pleasant conversations with my friends. However at Fabio's you're screaming at each other. So if you don't mind the loud music then this is the place to go.

I at here with friends recently for dinner. We sat outside. The views are spectacular! I ordered the signature drink, a toasted almond martini. It was so delicious!!! My dinner, on the other hand, was just ok. I ordered the mussels in white wine sauce. The mussels were very small, and the broth was way too salty! Also, it was not served with any bread! I have never ordered this dish without it being served with toasted bread. The rest of my dining party enjoyed their meals. You can order either a small or family portion of meals. I would come here again for a second chance. Parking is challenging here at the marina.

Lovely restaurant facing the waterfront in Merrick. We sat our doors with a view . The server Haley was excellent. She helped us with the menus and specials and was very polite and cheerful. We shall be back sometime.

My nephew just had his baptism at fabio's! The food was excellent! service was on point and atmosphere was so nice being able to be right near the water. Only thing is the air conditioning wasn't working and it was very hot, but other than that no complaints!
Fabios on the water, I would give you 5 more stars if I could! From the owner Fabio to the entire staff, you all were phenomenal! The view was amazing, the staff was sooo attentive, and I don’t think one person said good bye to us with our mentioning how amazing the food was!!!! We were beyond pleased with having our sons christening at Fabios!!!!!!

My parents went to Fabio's to celebrate their anniversary and they absolutely loved it! The food was delicious and the scenery was stunning!

Fabio's is a favorite restaurant however, September 5 when we went before our friends the service was terrible. The meals came out one time it was very crowded and they had very little help. The food was delicious. Staff always nice. It was very first time we experienced this at the restaurant

My wife and I went to Fabio’s today for an early lunch. The food is fantastic, the service is great, and the waterfront location is beautiful. The pasta and white clam sauce was the BEST I ever had. My wife loved her Chicken Francese. For dessert we shared an enormous Cannoli.
