You can't go wrong with a bagel at Bagel Boss. Fresh every day - yes it's all about the water! Service goes quickly and efficiently. Good selection of sides and coffee. Good amount of seating available.

This place needs to be cleaned up, came in for a bagel - flies everywhere, counted at least 8… I didn’t see any on the bagels specifically however all around the counter and very very close to all the food, it really makes you think. Loved the bagels here but unfortunately after seeing this I’m having a change of heart. Please clean it up - there should be NO flies around food at any time.

For the sole attribute that they have so many vegan and non meat options, the Bagel Boss is IT. I can get a whole wheat everything with scallion tofu CC and all is right in the world for at least a morning (especially a morning after a night of drinking). The staff is wonderful. Everyone is nice and they work the line quickly. You'll be in and out even with a long line. The sticker shock, though. A bagel and tofu CC is a little over 6 bucks. What? When did that happen? I get that prices for everything are bordering on insane. It's OK, because it's an occasional indulgence. And god, did it taste good.

I paid $8 for a sesame bagel with cream cheese and bacon, only to discover that the bacon is “veggie”. The person helping me should have told me that it wouldn’t be real bacon. I’m 7 months pregnant and that’s all I wanted this morning.

The line at this store can sometimes be very long, and the food is on the pricey side. However, the customer service is very good. The bagels are great especially when they just came out of the oven and are still hot. I usually order an everything bagel. The cream cheese and lox spread is very tasty and so is the scallion cream cheese.
NO MEAT!!! I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a roll and nobody mentioned the bacon was VEGGIE BACON. I get home to eat it and it's NASTY.

ALERT!!! DISHONEST ESTABLISHMENT!I asked for a Bacon egg and swiss cheese on a bagel.They give you soy bacon instead of real bacon and they wont tell you! The girl tells me the owner John, says intentionally don’t tell them because he doesn’t want to lose a sale.They should and probably will be sued.They charge me $10 for the thing use fake bacon and American cheese. I had to go to work otherwise I would’ve asked for a refund.This place can kick rocks.
