Just tried to order a cake in the store and was told that they wouldn't do it and it had to be ordered online because of Covid. Please tell me the difference between buying ice cream and ordering a cake in the store????? Not only is this inconvenient but it's completely ridiculous!!! Baskin Robins just lost a customer and I will be telling all my friends as well not to purchase anything from them! I'll stick with Carvel!!!

Disappointed! We went in on July 31st for the $1.31 one scoop of ice cream and they don’t honor the promotion here. We wound up getting two scoops anyway but it was almost $7 without toppings. Thought that was a rip off. Will try other locations.

This is my go to Baskin Robbins! The employees are great! They're really friendly and kind especially Katie and Rochelle!!
I went it there for a night craving. They only had one person working and I came in second for ice cream the employee saw me and ignored me and helped everyone else that came after ten minutes of waiting I walked out. I guess not all customers are a priority. Worst place ever. I will never go back there

Treats order&pick-up customers like trash, on the phone, and always screws up your order. They've been screwing people for years. Only trust them to give you a cone or a donut. NEVER trust them for pick-up orders.
