Two terrible experiences! 1. I canceled a cake order and they still haven't refunded the money as stated. I contacted the store multiple times. The manager raised this with the store owner who was supposed to credit the charge. 2. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday a week before her birthday. When I went to the store to pick up the cake on the day of her birthday, there was no Happy Birthday on the cake. The employee said he's not authorized to do it. Unbelievable how incompetent this place is. Luckily, I was able to purchase a better cake at carvel. Avoid this place.

Just tried to order a cake in the store and was told that they wouldn't do it and it had to be ordered online because of Covid. Please tell me the difference between buying ice cream and ordering a cake in the store????? Not only is this inconvenient but it's completely ridiculous!!! Baskin Robins just lost a customer and I will be telling all my friends as well not to purchase anything from them! I'll stick with Carvel!!!

Disappointed! We went in on July 31st for the $1.31 one scoop of ice cream and they don’t honor the promotion here. We wound up getting two scoops anyway but it was almost $7 without toppings. Thought that was a rip off. Will try other locations.

This place sucks. Couldn't write "Happy Birthday" on a cake. Ended up with a "HB" cake.
This is the worst BR on Long Island. The personnel do NOT want to wait on you if you are waiting for ice cream. They are rude and nasty. Never mind calling this place. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I've been in there for weeks on end and there was NO ice cream. Kept saying it was the equipment. Then they told me that Tuesday BOGO was now child scoops not the regular scoops. Then I was told that all sundaes were child scoops and a "lot of things have changed here". I do not and will not ever step foot in this Dunkin/Baskin again. I will travel to the one on in Merrick on Sunrise Highway if I want BR bad enough. Poor management due to poor hiring judgement. Sorry but there are too many choices out there now to waste my time going here.
