Everything here is amazing. I can tell that the owner puts a lot of work and effort in their ice cream and overall hygiene in this store, if you ever want a sweet treat I recommend coming to this store.

The owner is beyond rude and actually pretends Not to own the Carvel. I've seen this multiple times. I imagine he does that to avoid addressing Any customer concern.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. I wont go into language barrier and service, those are well enough for what it is. My complaint is about the ice cream it self, I usually get either cherry vanilla or rum raisin. These 2 flavors have suffered tremendously, the cherry vanilla is basically butter fat, if it wasnt for the cherry flavor you would think you are eating frozen butter that isnt cold. The rum raisin has a gritty texture, barely any rum flavor, the raisins were nice and plump, the ice cream itself was not really sweet, more of a salty flavor, and it had a weird gritty feel/texture. I have tried. I have no idea what they are doing at this location, but something is wrong. I have tried other locations and those flavors taste better.

Just paid like $8.50 for a large Ice Cream Cone!! Ridiculous. Go to Ralph's Ices or somewhere else.

Came here for ice cream and the man that works there was smoking a cigarette outside and didn’t even wash his hands before serving my toddler and I! He left the cigarette burning and went back to it when he was done helping us. So unsanitary!

I've seen these wonderful, polite, and hard working YOUNG girls working there almost everyday. They always greet you with a smile on their face and never give attitude. I came in late one night while they were counting tips and witnessed them splitting the tips with the owner. Absolutely disgusting and illegal. They make them split the tips with the young girls this is awful.

Was helped right away from the friendly young lady working there with the owner. Clean place and ran well, helped get the taste of Outbacks terrible service out of my mouth!

The lady the runs the place I do t know if is the owner treated so poorly when I went alone with my son to get a small ice cream she told me I needed to pay first I was insulted a little at the beginning but then I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and told myself maybe this is how she conducts business ( I’m Hispanic by the way) but then when I go In With my white husband and I see her deal with other customers I didn’t see her make such request of payment first.She’s a horrible person and I do hope it was just an innocent misunderstanding but I will be curious to test it next time and go alone with my son.
