This is by far the worst chipotle. My wife and I frequent this chipotle, and every time, the employees are always in a rush, and the restaurant is always dirty even when there is no line. On July 1st, I went to get dinner with my wife. My wife was ordering a salad, and the employee who was making it dropped all the contents in the bowl into the chicken. Instead of starting over my wife's salad, another employee came over and helped the employee pick the contents out of the chicken and pack it back into the bowl. The employee was rushing for no reason. I contacted Chipotle support, and they explained that they will forward my concerns to the restaurant. I asked if I would receive a reply from the manager. The Chipotle coordinator said they aren't required to respond to customers. Chipotle don't care about there customer or how their restaurant looks, once people keep buying their product.

Food is overall great, although the company sucks with portion sizes. Service is great & the employees/managers are friendly & attentive. The atmosphere is pretty good but can be loud at times due to teenagers & I’ve noticed that people leave messes quite often. 4.7/5 pretty good spot to eat at 👍

Possibly the worst Chipotle in NY. The guacamole is always brown and old. The white rice is clumpy. The music is so loud and the employees are not nice.
Nothing like biting into a quesadilla and finding plastic pieces. This place is disgusting.

Used to eat here often but took a break. Ordered for my family tonight and all of our meals were so small. The bowl was filled 3/4 way with much of it being lettuce. I usually have leftovers…tonight, I am still hungry and no leftovers.

The extra flamboyant boy at the register with the bun (working at 3pm on 7/8/25) was extremely rude… I had my food in my hand, it came to 11.05 I handed him the 11 dollar and said hold on let me grab you the 5 cents and he snatched the food out of my hand and said “get the 5 cents” I grabbed my 5 cents and returned. I come here often with a crew from work with about 13 of us. Will not be coming back to this location. Should fire him

Great taste for a good price
