Up front workers are perfectly fine guy gave proper amount of food and was good, the food tho…Rice couldn’t be any harder and chicken couldn’t by any dryer and the fajitas are burning the lips off my face..

Was reluctant to come back to this location today but I told my mom I would pick her up some tacos for lunch on the new year. I was overcharged for one of my tacos. I didn’t think it was a big deal but I just went back to just get it corrected anyway since I was still in my car. When I go back, I tell the super nice cashier that he just rung me up wrong. Then here comes the rude manager, a woman she says to him thinking I don’t hear oh well she got a lot of food anyways. I did not get a lot of food. I got two tacos and you’re allowed to choose as many toppings as you want and I got beans, rice onions with my meat, ma’am so then I tell this rude manager you know I heard you talking crap about me right in front of my face and she deflects saying oh she was just talking about how the new employee over scooped my food. I told her no she didn’t. I come to chipotle all the time! she did not over scoop my food. I watched her she did a great job and she didn’t skimp me, which is good. How about you guys NOT hire management that does not know how to deal with customers? How dare you think you can talk about someone right in front of their face? I spend so much money on gift cards for myself! for chipotle! I’m just gonna stop because at this point it’s not worth it. Hospitality down the drain, management down the drain, food quality down the drain unless you go early when they open!

I came for a chicken burrito around 11:05 am and the chicken on the grill was overly cookING Aswell the rice was SALTY and bit a piece of salt and the chicken I was served was overly cooked so that means from the moment of prepping before opening the chicken was not being watched . This is not the first time the morning shift done this and something needs to changed

I ordered two bowls and the workers were mumbling. I asked for double and ryan looked up at me sighed and put half a scoop and said u have enough. I went to my car and almost cried by the way I was treated. These young men and women need to be more enthusiastic and kind. Thanks a lot Ryan.

Been going to this location for 3 years and it’s been good but as of recent months the staff from 10:45am - 3 pm tends to burn the chicken leaving it overly cooked and dry and when having low amounts they will give you scarps that’s unfair especially when you ask for more they say “ we have nomore “ when they do by delivery station. Please improve the food training and customer service.

The worst Chipotle around. Doesn’t matter what day of the week or time of day you go, you will not have a good time and your food will be beyond sub-par.
Was served a small portion in two bowls i ordered. Other Chipolte locations offer larger portions. Asked for a receipt and was told the machine wasn't printing receipts right now. Service was not great, no greeting, no smiles. Would not go back to this location!

Don’t order food through door dash horrible portion size and for someone to help you is useless . Telling me I need to contact my door dash , they didn’t make my food your staff did.
