Was being very nice and understanding towards the people handling to go orders at the ipad tonight the one guy who was there was Nice and looked at my order and the other person was giving me attitude for absouletly no Reason I work and food service and was being understanding and asked if I could get a refund for my order after they told me my order wasn’t on the screen without it being on my screen they cannot make my food I showed them that it was the correct address correct time and everything I even left a tip will never step foot in another chipotle after this, This has encouraged me to cook at home even more and never order fast food again after working a 12 our overnight shift I was hoping to get a bowl

the next day had runs...not sure what caused it but i had no issues before eating it and next day runs. my friend ate too but no issues. despite 2 anti-diarrhea pills and 1 pepto bismal serving, i still have a bit. i had the smoked brisket anf it looked like they didnt havr much and it was like beef jerkey. i tried it bc it was recommended but next time will pass. this location bery busy and rice cooked perfectly.
Waited a half hour for a store pick up while countless people came in for in person came in and left. Absolutely terrible rude staff. The girl shoved the bag in my hand. I was poltie the entire time and asked only once when there were down points where no one was on the in person line and if they could help and they said absolutely not against corporate. How do you have staff hanging out while people are waiting for a half hour for their order. The girl then shoved the bag in my hand. No sorry for your wait nothing. Super rude staff. Never ever again do I order from this place. Worst experience ever.

Bought a steak burrito. Steak was very fatty. Ended up giving most of the steak to my dog. Waste of $13. Won't be going back.

I love Chipolte. I live in Merrick but will drive further to go to Chipolte in East Meadow. The place in Merrick is filthy, food is never ready on time, or was taken by a thief or by accident so have had to wait for them to remake my order. It happened at least 3 times. I will only go here in a pinch.
Parking: They have a lot. At busy times, the lot can be a little packed and annoying. Most of the time, parking is not an issue.
No clean pans by grill guy didn't change knife after meat cutting along with not testing steak temp after employee serving stated grill was cooking food slowly.. and that I couldn't wait for food... Numerous health code violations.
Be weary of places like this people. Oceanside location don't clean at all.
Probably same district manager that only cares about money and not the safety of the public.
People need to be more aware of their food. Not temping food is a huge health hazard.
I wouldn't contact you if my life depended on it. NY state health department got everything it needs. ??

Just found plastic in my food. This is the third time in the past few years I've found plastic in my food. When you try to call there's to many prompts. Absolutely incredible this place serves food like that. Won't let me post a picture as well

The worst chipotle that I have ever been to and I am 68 years old. Portions are so small. I asked can I have more because you’re giving out Half portions and he said that’s what we’re told to do. I Will never visit this chipotle in Merrick again
