My husband went to this restaurant and they were very rude. He ask one of the service to helped him read the order of his phone because he could see it and she just said NO because she can't take the order like that ,it was Just to read one order, my husband is 53 years old and forgot to bring his glasses. Very disappointed with the way she treated my husband.

The food is ok, its Chipotle.....the establishment itself is a filthy mess. Garbage overflowing , dirty floors and tables everywhere you look. The manager needs training....and this is from getting take out there many times.

I patiently waited on a line that was out the door only to be rushed while ordering four meals and given kid size portions for adult meals. Don’t waste your time, take your money elsewhere. The employees are rude and the customer service is horrible. I was also charged for chips I didn’t receive- I didn’t bother to go back; thats how bad the service was.

Easily has been the worst chipotle on Long Island unfortunately. Every time I have done an online oder they take about 15-30 minutes longer than what it says on the app. When you do online orders you come in and see the line somehow move faster than online orders that were placed ahead of time to avoid this. Also annoying because most of the time their workers stand around on their phone and will occasionally wipe a counter instead of prepping order despite online orders being massively behind. Many of the workers are rude and dont see to care at all, spending time on their phones and laughing while its packed and the one person who actually is working falls behind. Additionally there have been several times that order have had missing ingredients or items, orders sloppily thrown together and spilling out of containers, as well as notably smaller portions from online vs in store. After doing an online order and waiting 20 minutes past the time on the app (for about the 5th time at this location) and seeing people come in and order via the line and leave before me, several people came in and got food before me, I will not be returning to this location.

As an assistant manager at another food establishment, I understand the importance of maintaining high standards of hygiene and providing friendly service to all customers. Bad attitude from staff to older lady manager who went light in the protein with my order. I had been in there before and hadn’t experienced this. She was unfriendly and acted like she was doing me a favor. It made me uncomfortable. Food stains on cutlery station. If the staff sucks everything else will. I’ll be going to Moe’s.

Place always screws me over with my portions. Stole my 1650 points and skimped me on my order. So sick of it. Never coming back to this location. And I don’t know why I do it. But I order online thinking oh I’m gonna be in and out of this place. Forget it. I sit there and watch 50 people walk in to get on line and get there order. While I’m waiting for 50 minutes to get my “online order”. Service sucks, food sucks, the place sucks. DONT GO lol.

Can't believe I just paid $46.60 for (2) steak bowls. The server put about 4 pieces of steak on each bowl so I instructed her to put double on each bowl and she looked like she didnt want to be bothered, it cost me an additional 6.80 per bowl. I will no longer spend any more money in this chipotle. This location is horrible and so is the service. I will now drive a few more minutes to Qdoba in order to get my money's worth and the service to match. Very disappointed.

there's this one Spanish girl or white girl with black hair and glasses her face just reads attitude. I'm not saying this cuz it happened to me but I've seen her act up with a lot of people. I don't know her name and I don't want know her name I just hope that she starts working nowadays with a smile on her face and stop acting sarcastic and whispering into coworkers here every time there's an issue with missing items. I do want to let everybody know that if you see her acting sarcastic or giving weird looks on her face with attitude that could be problematic in the future for your store.Wheelchair accessibility: there's a long ramp section where customers that have to use a wheelchair could wheel down.
