Horrible service the young woman managing the counter is outright nasty. The service was even worse after waiting to order a cake for 5 minutes with no one at the counter but me they told me to do it on line. I will never return to this location even though it is the closest one to my house. I give it 0 stars.

What can I say great Ice Coffee’s we where a little late and had some dessert and they were a little stale, but they were good for dipping so that’s how we got to a four star on the food and the help they were OK and this Dunkin’ Donuts was a little dirty. That’s what got them a three star on atmosphere.!

So I live near by and I come there every once in awhile, I always get rude employees every time I come in ( idk names no name tags but it’s usually females working there that are acting like this, haven’t had a problem with the male employees as of yet. either first ignoring me for a few minutes while I stand at the cashier counter, When I ask questions About a menu item they give me attitude, roll eyes sighing heavily… I understand Not having a good day at work once in a while But it’s every time with these people. They change employees a lot so I suppose they don’t like the job but getting bad service this many times at the same place is crazy, at this point rather drive farther to the merrick road location. And they messed up my orders many times simple ones at that 😂 while not even busy , I wrote to corporate lol
SEPTEMBER 29th 2024 I service pools for a living, closing season has starting and I have been out since 7am. It’s 3pm. I am in Merrick, on Merrick Ave and stopped into the Dunkin’ Donuts 🍩 to simply use the bathroom and maybe reup on coffee. There were 2 employees working, and 3 customers in the store INCLUDING me. The bathrooms were locked, so I requested permission from one of the employees. I waited 15 minutes for the door to be unlocked, which it ultimately was. She waved me to go in. Upon entering I see dirty toilet paper strewn across the entire floor, the toilet full to the top with water, paper and feces and that’s not the worst part. There was a human shit right in front of the toilet, where your feet would normally be if you were sitting down. I’m absolutely disgusted that is 10 feet away from peoples food. Never will return to this location. Expected much more in this area. It’s a literal biohazard. They looked at me with a deer in headlights look on their face when I came running out the bathroom to tell them and just continued to help customers. I’m disgusted. You’ve been warned.

The store is relatively large, the equipment is a bit old, and the floor should only be mopped once a day. The advantage is that the efficiency is relatively high and you don't have to wait for a long time. When the manager is away, the employee's performance is only 2 stars
