SEPTEMBER 29th 2024 I service pools for a living, closing season has starting and I have been out since 7am. It’s 3pm. I am in Merrick, on Merrick Ave and stopped into the Dunkin’ Donuts 🍩 to simply use the bathroom and maybe reup on coffee. There were 2 employees working, and 3 customers in the store INCLUDING me. The bathrooms were locked, so I requested permission from one of the employees. I waited 15 minutes for the door to be unlocked, which it ultimately was. She waved me to go in. Upon entering I see dirty toilet paper strewn across the entire floor, the toilet full to the top with water, paper and feces and that’s not the worst part. There was a human shit right in front of the toilet, where your feet would normally be if you were sitting down. I’m absolutely disgusted that is 10 feet away from peoples food. Never will return to this location. Expected much more in this area. It’s a literal biohazard. They looked at me with a deer in headlights look on their face when I came running out the bathroom to tell them and just continued to help customers. I’m disgusted. You’ve been warned.

The store is relatively large, the equipment is a bit old, and the floor should only be mopped once a day. The advantage is that the efficiency is relatively high and you don't have to wait for a long time. When the manager is away, the employee's performance is only 2 stars

Quality is low. No ice in iced coffee. Never again.
I've had mixed experiences with this Dunkin location. Their donuts are solid but their coffee can be hit or miss. I would get my mom coffee here every morning but I noticed around 8:30-9:00 the place starts to get busy. It took a long time for me to get my mom her usual order, small hot coffee with skim. I went to another location and they got it done within less than a minute. Service is poor and honestly the locations on Sunrise and Merrick Rd have better service than this one. Hope it bounces back.

Someone from Dunkin Donuts corporate has got to investigate this store. It is an embarrassment to the entire brand it is always dirty. They are either understand or overstaft. Either way, the people that work there will talk and laugh with each other. Ignore the customers once the order is taken. This location is always absolutely filthy. I try to avoid it when possible. Every once in a while. I will stop there on the way to the train. And I'm disappointed with myself for going there I am an avid Duncan consumer utilizing it for myself and for work events. I frequent locations all of a New York and out-of-state. And it's so disappointing that my own Hometown has the most disgraceful location I've ever been in.
