What can I say great Ice Coffee’s we where a little late and had some dessert and they were a little stale, but they were good for dipping so that’s how we got to a four star on the food and the help they were OK and this Dunkin’ Donuts was a little dirty. That’s what got them a three star on atmosphere.!

The store is relatively large, the equipment is a bit old, and the floor should only be mopped once a day. The advantage is that the efficiency is relatively high and you don't have to wait for a long time. When the manager is away, the employee's performance is only 2 stars

I've had mixed experiences with this Dunkin location. Their donuts are solid but their coffee can be hit or miss. I would get my mom coffee here every morning but I noticed around 8:30-9:00 the place starts to get busy. It took a long time for me to get my mom her usual order, small hot coffee with skim. I went to another location and they got it done within less than a minute. Service is poor and honestly the locations on Sunrise and Merrick Rd have better service than this...
