Stopped into Red Label Coffee Co. in Merrick and was blown away. Tiffany served us both days — she was incredible! Super friendly, genuine, and we had such a wholesome chat with her. She gave us great recommendations and made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming.

The menu is unreal — so many specialty lattes and unique options to choose from. We tried the Oreo, Toasted Marshmallow, and Captain Crunch iced coffees, and every single one was phenomenal (and at great prices too). It was honestly so good that we came back the very next day.

If you’re anywhere near Merrick, this place is a must-visit. Amazing coffee, amazing staff, and an all-around cozy, positive vibe. Tiffany deserves a shout-out for making our mornings! ☕️✨

I come here all the time and tell everyone about it. I truly think it’s the best coffee in the area. But lately the staff has been extremely rude. I just walked in and was looking at the menu to make a decision and the cashier was staring at me the entire time as if I were taking too long with a mad look on her face. There was no one else in the store. She barely said a word and didn’t even say thank you when I left a tip in the tip jar. You could tell she was cranky or something. The girl who made my coffee was nice but the other one seemed like I was inconveniencing her by just existing. This has happened a few times over the course of my recent visits and it’s making me rethink my constantly recommending it to friends, because why would I recommend a place that is rude to you? Hope they improve this.

Chai iced tea was delicious. Sweet service. Glad I tried it. No more of the “other” monopoly coffee house.

Love the girls there working. They always professional and remember the drinks. Would choose this over Starbucks any day!

I’ve been trying to support this local business but I’m absolutely done, experiences have been up and down. Sometimes ok sometimes bad but today was the last straw. I ordered a latte, young girl was making it. She was lost. I watched and she didn’t steam the milk or do anything. Just poured milk on top of coffee and stirred in flavor lol. I had to go home and heat the coffee up. The other iced latte I got for my sister. She spit out. Also this is one bad experience but in the past there have been a lot of down experiences like a hair being in a latte or just a bad drink. I’m completely done

So thrilled my husband and I stopped it - what a gem! I had the coffee of the day, the vanilla velvet, medium, hot, black - and it needed nothing! DEEELISH. My husband had the Gina - which was a shaken espresso with a hit on brown sugar and (honestly, not sure what else - doesn't matter; menu is extensive). It's mind-blowing how many options!!! The place is adorable - clean, fun, delightful - the women working the counter helpful since we had never been - explained how their flavors work, etc. (no syrup, no sugar), and I can't wait to head back to try more. Definitely get to Red Label - treat yourself. It's a wonderful coffee place!

After two visits I’ve found that beneath the razzle-dazzle of dozens of different iced coffee flavors, the coffee itself—the humble, foundational cup of joe—is a disappointment.

I tried the banana chip muffin iced coffee, which tasted too artificial. If someone tells you these flavors are natural, look them in the eye and politely decline to be gaslit. Even the regular brew offered no redemption—just scorched notes, like a pot left too long on a hot plate.

Good coffee doesn’t need fireworks. It needs care. Clarity. Roast profiles that speak rather than shout. Until that shows up here, I’ll keep looking elsewhere for my morning faith.

Unfortunately both drinks I ordered weren’t the best and tasted a bit watered down and weak. My hot latte cup was about 3/4 full as well which was a bummer. Maybe it was an off day for the employees when I went.

Very disappointed, paid $6.21 for an iced coffee that was old coffee and non melted sugar . Wont go back there

I really hate leaving negative reviews, but this place really disappointed me. I was very excited to try it after reading the reviews. But, I'm really not sure what the big hype is about. Everyone working there is super unsettling and judgy. The atmosphere itself is unwelcoming. Most importantly, the coffee is mediocre at best. I ordered a hot latte for a ridiculous price and it tasted burnt. I'm a coffee enthusiast and I believe that anyone who finds their drinks to be anything special, really doesn't know their coffee.

Super watery iced coffee. I like the idea of the flavors but not well executed. It was ok a couple years ago and just went back recently. Don’t think I’ll be trying them again any time soon.

Your typical watery coffee. If you’re a true coffee aficionado, definitely skip this place. It’s average at best. I make better coffee at home with Bustelo.

Great place for affordable coffee. Not really a food place so don’t expect to get breakfast here but that’s okay. Coffee was yummy and affordable.
