I wanted to try this place out because I love Tony and Luigi’s next door and figured this would be the same quality. Boy, was I disappointed. The meatballs were inedible terrible quality meat in my Italian wedding soup and the app of meatballs which came in sauce that must’ve been straight out of the can. The chicken panini was disgusting. Chicken didn’t taste right and was red. So disgusting and really disappointing. Such a waste of money for what I thought would be high quality. The entire meal went in the trash.

I ordered the zuppa chicken soup for my sick significant other and as soon as I opened it, it came with a little extra protein, a freaking roach just swimming in the soup. I had also ordered the tortellini soup and latina panini but I'm not eating them now after that zuppa soup. I wish I could post a picture but it's not giving me the option to. Absolutely disgusting.

Tried Loutony’s for the first time and it surpassed our expectations! Buffalo chicken caesar salad was amazing, as were the mini arancini. Portions and prices were great. Quick and friendly takeout service. Will definitely be back!

Whatever they did after changing names from la bottega to Loutonys don’t change it! Food was amazing, portions are huge, will definitely be ordering more often

Stopped in for lunch thinking we were going to La Bottega and saw that the space has changed name. The first thing I noticed was the aroma of what seemed to be a wood-fired oven. We stayed and ordered two panini that were absolutely delicious! Our server was attentive and helpful.

I highly recommend La Botegga. We eat there very often and many of us in my workplace eats there and we all enjoy the food very much so. Also, the girl that’s on the phone with me is very kind and thorough. She should be commended for being courteous and kind

Usually love la bottega, but just got two Panini‘s (buy one get one) and was eating thought it tasted weird..a I look inside the chicken is all pink and undercooked throughout, and there was a huge hair in the Panini! So disgusted. frustrating with how expensive takeout food is nowadays

I've been going to this particular location for several years now. I order what used to be my favorite salad, Avocado Salad. Loved it. However, the last three times I ordered it, it failed terribly. This location obviously changed hands. Avocado was mushy, two cherry tomatoes cut in half, wilted greens, dried chicken, no cheese and no almonds. As the saying goes, three strikes and you're out. What a disappointment. Needless to say, I will never go back.

I’m visiting from Florida for the week and I couldn’t wait to have the Parma salad! I’ve been craving it since I moved. Well… eewww. The dressing was congealed and spoiled. And the cutlets were like rubber. I had to throw it out. Absolute garbage and a total disappointment. Well, you fixed my cravings!
I ordered an avocado salad which was delivered with 3 total pieces of avocado, smaller than a bite each. Usually everything tastes great, but this was disappointing for a $20 salad with “avocado” in its name.

Lovely small restaurant located in the plaza. It's pretty expensive but that is to be expected for higher-end Italian. Our party came here for weekday dinner The complimentary bread with olive oil was very delicious, especially it being warmed. We ordered the penne alla vodka, steak salad, and vegetable panini (the 2020 one). Everything was amazing. Service was great and fast. This place is high quality, so if you are looking for something worth the higher price, they would be an excellent choice. Bathrooms were also very clean. Plenty of free parking in the shopping center.

It takes forever for delivery!For two salads it took them almost two hours , my lunch was over when they got delivered !
