La Piazza Pizzeria Restaurant

​We came here for my daughter's birthday and had a wonderful experience! The initial appetizers were delicious and a perfect start to the meal. We had the lasagna as our main course, and it was fantastic. A special shout-out to our server, Christen, who was so attentive, helpful, and genuinely cheerful. We were very pleased with the entire visit. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to LaPiazza since 2010, so for almost 15 years ive been enjoying their Buffalo slices, and restaurant. My family has spent thousands at this establishment over the years. The main counter guy who has been here just as long knows my face and says hi when we walk in. However my last few visits have been subpar and something has changed here but I can’t put my finger on what exactly.

Customer service has been slacking, the new people behind the counters are rude and the line moves slower than it ever has. They treat the pizza with disrespect and customers with disrespect when they’re confronted and frankly they’ve gotten cocky which is evident by the price of their buffalo slice which is now $7 for a single slice.

Now I normally wouldn’t complain about this, but to raise the price and have the quality of the customer service dip below acceptable is why they are getting 3 stars after 15 years of coming here. The food is good but it’s not that good.

They price themselves like Peter Luger or Mio Posto without the customer service and the food isn’t worth these prices. LaPiazza only survives because of a neighborhood cult following which I believe will dwindle with future generations if LaPiazza doesn’t get their act together

Terrible service. Came for lunch and we both ordered a simple meal. Bread and drinks arrived quickly, but then the constant parade of staff and kitchen workers started using the bathroom. Our lunch order didn’t arrive till 30 minutes later. Perhaps their staff should spend less time in the bathroom and more time bringing orders out to waiting customers. Oh, food was just Okay. Nothing great. We won’t be back.

Hugely disappointed, my coworkers and I did a group order and all of our food was disappointing. I ordered a calzone for $12 and got the smallest calzone in my life. On top of that it was BURNT. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Get the Mama Homemade Meatballs they are amazeing, the Tatellini Afredo was amzseing and filling, the sewwt tea was good, and the JRs cheesecake, and Passion tea was alos a great combo, and my parents and little sister ali enjoyed theur time in the resturant.

I had a private luncheon here after my mother funeral. They did such an amazing job. The service was great , the food was delicious the people were just wonderful. I highly recommend this place for anybody that has an affair they need. I want to thank Ashley so much for putting this all together for me and making it just perfect for my family And this time of grief
