I never usually write reviews but I just had the best experience at Left Coast Kitchen and Cocktails in Merrick. They distanced their tables well more than 6ft apart, gave us Poland spring water bottles and disposable utensils and table wear, had great friendly servers who respected distance away from the table and all wore masks and gloves. The manager came to check on us multiple times and was so so nice and the sangria, burgers, and cheesesteak were so so good. A great restaurant and would definitely come here again whether taking out or dining in.

Finally tried left cost and I regret not trying it sooner. we ordered breakfast it was ready for pick up on time and everything was delicious. I tried Dave's eggs which isn't something I would normally order and it was fantastic. my wife had the jalapeno bacon corn cakes which were also delicious. will be back again soon

Excellent experience dining out for Father’s Day brunch. Every employee was friendly and the service was excellent. The portions are huge which I love because not only do I get my money’s worth but I can enjoy it again later. I will definitely come back here again..

Everything was perfect! We’ve eaten here for dinner and lunch, but tonight our pre-Father’s Day dinner got delivered. The food is always good, but they went above and beyond tonight! Aside from our dinner, they delivered extra sweet surprises with our meal!

This is our go-to spot for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. We even had to make sure not to break that streak during Covid-19. They're still open for business, albeit just for pickup. They've got a cool system for that, you call ahead and they give you a time, you pull up, honk your horn, and they bring your food right out!

Ordered takeout today . Incredible super fresh fish tacos, chicken country Cobb salad. We also ordered an insane peanut butter bacon burger that was unbelievably delicious . Also an immense amount of care went into the packaging of the food. Every dressing, napkins etc were in the bag. Thank you to the staff who were super positive and made a delicious meal that my wife and I devoured down the block after picking it up. We cant wait to eat there again.

My fiancé is gluten free so when we saw this place had GF options we were thrilled. However we were both disappointed with the food. It was nothing special. We ordered the GF mac and cheese and it tasted like a cup of lemon juice was poured on it- definitely not a pleasing taste. Our waiter was also a bit annoying. I think he was trying to be friendly and engage in conversation, but it was disruptive to our meal.

I came here for a Saturday afternoon lunch. For an establishment located on a very busy main road a few parking spots were available out front and parking is available on the side of the restaurant. Reservations for 3 plus a toddler (well behaved might I add) were made in advance. The restaurant was very accommodating. We were able to choose our seating and provided with a high chair for the little one. I thought it was unique that they provided us with popcorn prior to us ordering. It was different and a healthy alternative to the traditional bread basket. The children's menu had a variety of choices for those picky eaters. When I say variety I mean more than 2 options unlike other places. We shared an order of wings which were flavorful. I order the Two by Four burger, which of course I did not finish and had to take home. Everyone enjoyed their food. The ambiance was relaxing and the service was great!

I got food for Mother’s Day. I was nervous because it was first come, first serve. I thought I would have to wait forever but my food was delivered in 40 minutes. They were so nice and even gave us a free bottle of wine and some candy and popcorn. Plus the portion was big enough for leftovers. I’m definitely going to be back. For a place to run so smoothly during a pandemic on Mother’s Day really shows they know what they’re doing.

I can't say enough good things about Left Coast. The woman we spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful. The curbside handoff was smooth. They gave us a MOUNTAIN of French fries for two people. The 2x4 burger and crab cake sandwich were solid. Here's the part that won us over before we even ate: they sent us home with a goody bag of treats. It was so incredibly generous and really touched us. We will definitely come back and can't wait to visit when they fully reopen. If you have to choose between going right and left, go to Left Coast Kitchen and Cocktails.

Just ordered takeout and it was awesome. I’ve been nervous to order from anywhere, but I’m so sick of cooking so decided to try it. Totally contactless pick up, he brought the food to the car wearing gloves and a mask... food was awesome and they even packed us up some extra treats. Happy to support a local business that we love and used to frequent often.

LCK has been one of our favorite restaurants for over a decade. The food is amazing, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is like no other local restaurant. Tonight, for the first time, we ordered delivery from LCK. The food was amazing (no surprise), and they even included their famous pop-corn and all of the ingredients to make chocolate chip pancakes. It was such a nice surprise. Thank you LCK for always keeping us happy !

We are local to the Merrick area and have been customers since Left Cost Kitchen opened. Truth is we moved away from "comfort food" a bit and haven't been to LCK for a while. Given what is happening in the world - comfort is exactly what we needed. So we ordered. Big menu, fast delivery, the delivery guy was wearing sanitary PPE but best part - THE FOOD WAS AWESOME. As good if not better than being on site and exactly what was in order, Great food - quick delivery - and they are a great neighbor. So please support them.
