This was my first time eating from Outback Steakhouse and I must say the food was terrible , we ordered Victorias filet mignon & lobster , chicken tenders and fries, and the kinglands pasta with steak and shrimp everything was absolutely horrible , how do you mess up chicken tenders they were super dry like as if the food just sat out all day, the pasta barely had any Alfredo sauce , it was just bad it definitely was my first and last time ever ordering food from there !

The manager is very helpful and friendly. I gave the food three stars because they changed the coconut shrimp recipe. I enjoyed the coconut shrimp prior to the change in the recipe. I talked to the manager about this and he said it is the type of coconut flakes they are using now. He said the coconut flakes are bigger and that is the reason why the shrimps are more coarse and burnt. What is the old saying? If it ain't broke don't fix it.
The most disappointing thing was I got a take out coconut shrimp dinner also for my friend as a gift. She recently lost her husband in death. I was so disappointed, because from Outback the coconut shrimp was coarse and burnt for her dinner also.

Food was excellent and our waiter was professional as well as knowledgeable. Great meal all around! Recently we had dinner at Outback. As usual the food and service was excellent. However my credit card was billed twice. I spoke with the manager Bill, who immediately took care of the problem. 24 hours later the second charge came off my card. Thank you Bill. Looking forward to going back to Outback!
Placed take-out order. The drive up people are Great. They come right out to your car and keep you informed... Order always comes out fast and correct... thank you all very much... especially the cook too... food is always great...
