Started working out in Nassau County this past month and have tried PitStop a couple times, there absolutely affordable, fresh and delicious ???? customer service is great too, always smiles and greetings when you go to pick up or order. I love there chicken avocado wrap and salmon wrap so far ? definitely would recommend.

It seems the portions are getting smaller. I ordered a large brisket sandwich with caramelized onions and they must have been so caramelized that they disappeared as they weren’t there and the brisket was barely there as well. Glad I ordered a large and not a medium but in reality it was a wish sandwich, wish it actually had some meat on it.I’ve been going to PitStop since they opened and it’s never been such skimpy portions.Very disappointing

I was very surprised. I walked in and the place look immaculate. I thought the food would be good too. Not!I ordered a all the way ? burger, fries and a large Chicken Soup. Absolutely disgusting, appalling and just not worth it! I asked the manager about the chicken soup and he said it's the best and its home made! I received 1large container of water and on the bottom was a few pieces of shredded chicken with some carrots and celeryWhat a Disgrace!! How can anyone in the're right mind serve that?? It's appalling! The burger was smothered with oil and vinegar and the lettuce was brownThe fries were burnt and very cold! No imagination! Absolutely disgusting. Order at your own risk and Do Not listen to the Manager and how good the food is, because it's not. Gr anted the place is clean, but the food is disgusting!

The wraps are always fantastic bringing it up cuz this place has a cool menu, but don’t bother getting anything else, it won’t be as good. What brings it down is if you order online they will tell you it takes 15 min but it actually takes 30+. The crazy part? My wraps were done in 15, all 3 of them, the fries took over half an hour to be done. Even when I said to leave the fries, I’ll just take the wraps, they refused to give me my food. Also the one bathroom is not a good look, probably best to keep this option for takeout and not being in a hurry.

I thought this was just a burger joint. I was wrong.Extensive menu of bowls, sandwiches, soups and more.Good but not great burger. Fries were fresh and hot. The chicken pot pie special looked top notch.Staff was outstanding! The hostess was very informative and helpful. She was extremely patient in answering questions. Burger is a mix from a local butcher, rolls are from a bakery.Will have to go back and try the hangover burger and some other dishes. Will update the review when we do.
I spent $50 on their food. I ordered 2 large sodas, 2 large shakes and got all smalls. Upon asking if they were large I was told yes, so they lied, still got charged for it. I also ordered cheese fries and upon arriving home only had regular fries.

Horrible, got the sesame chicken wrap, asked for no tomatoes, and got tomatoes on the wrap. My chicken was dry with some fake sesame sauce. Guy fieri fraud because this restaurant is actually awful. My buddy bezos got a plain cheese burger that made the car smell like shit, full of grease and in his own words "fake." will not be back!

Food was amazing! Definitely give this place a try if you like BBQ!!! The wife and I got the full rack of ribs and the fried chicken over a waffle. The ribs came with 2 sides of your choice and corn bread. Of course I also got the milk shake I would put the ribs up against anyones. Super tender, cooked perfectly and amazing bbq sauce. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Tasted great. The waffle was freshly made. The service we received was friendly and pleasant. Dorothy took our order and gave us some great suggestions for our meal as well. all of the employees at the restaurant were super nice and even though we came at rush time people were served quickly. We were going to take out but glad we ate there, just a nice pleasant meal for the wife and I for under $50 with a $5 tip for the staff
