Burnt and somehow also soggy crust. Pizza was folded into the box and the wings are soggy with borderline no sauce. Worst pizza I’ve bought on long island

We just ordered pies for our school’s FunDay. We ordered pies for over 250 students plus staff. Not only was Darlene and her staff amazing leading up to our event, they were hands down the best the day of! They had the pizza’s ready for all three pick ups and were accommodating when we asked to cut some pies into smaller pieces. We love our Merrick Pizza Cucina!! Thank you so much for the delicious pizza!

I recently tried this pizza place for the first time, and overall, I had a great experience. I ordered the regular slice, grandma slice, and vodka slice, and while all three were good, the grandma slice definitely stood out as the best. The crust was thin, with just the right amount of crisp, and it wasn’t overly burnt like some places tend to do. As for pricing, it’s pretty standard for pizza, but honestly, it was worth the price for the quality of the slices. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pizza Cucina in North Merrick surprised me with their unique grandma slice topped with eggplant—something I’ve never seen before. The flavor profile really works, with the slight bitterness of the eggplant balancing out the sweetness of the sauce and a nice touch of salt throughout. The crust has a solid undercarriage, giving it that perfect crisp bite, and the portion is big and satisfying. Definitely a standout slice and a great value—worth checking out if you’re in the area and want something a little different.

Great pizza with an awesome selection of specialty slices.. my favorites have to be the penne vodka slice, the BBQ chicken slice and the grandma slice.. perfectly made.. super friendly staff as well

Fantastic pizza shop! I get delivery at least twice a week! Staff is always kind and friendly! Very quick delivery! Pizza is always hot and delicious! The owners are always soooo friendly! I highly recommend this restaurant!
