I also work in a restaurant and I know that receiving bad reviews it’s the worst thing that you can do… but I’m really upset with the order I had today. I ordered here several times and absolutely loved the food but today I had the worst experience ever with a takeout. I ordered a poke with Tuna and Salmon. Salmon was amazing like always but some tuna’s pieces in there were definitely expired and old. I had no words and I couldn’t believe the taste some pieces of tuna left in my mouth …. You can’t serve OLD FISH!!! that is insane! As I said it never happened before but I don’t even consider this a little mistake,it’s an unforgivable mistake Double check the fish next time people can get sick cause of that it’s outrageous to serve OLD FISH. Usually tuna is pink while those pieces were GREY!!!! I had to throw away the whole thing+ uber eats denied my refund and I was left with an empty stomach + less 30$ in my pocket and an awful fIavor in my mouth. I was and still am really upset but I’m not going to give you 1 star cause I’m not a bad person but please don’t do that ever again!!!! Unfortunately that was my last order from you guys. I’m not encouraging people not to buy from here since it never happened before and the food was always amazing but I just wanna make sure you won’t repeat this mistake ever again cause you can give me old bread , maybe old pasta or old coffee but you don’t mess around with old fish…it’s actually dangerous!! Sorry for this but I had to Still giving you 5 stars tho

The food quality is always excellent. However, the female is always stingy and gives you barely any protein that you paid extra for. Always ask for the man in there to make your bowl. He will always do right by you. The two times I have been there and the female in there does my bowl, she gives you an entire bowl full of rice and little to no protein that you paid extra for.

Although the good was good, I will not go there again. I placed an online takeout order & left work, in the very cold weather, to pick it up. When I placed the order & checked out, they automatically tacked on a tip. I went to get the food & I had to tip them!!!!! How dare they assume that I should tip them!!!! Not professional.
I work down the block and honestly it’s one of the best spots around so good and affordable :3
