I also work in a restaurant and I know that receiving bad reviews it’s the worst thing that you can do… but I’m really upset with the order I had today. I ordered here several times and absolutely loved the food but today I had the worst experience ever with a takeout. I ordered a poke with Tuna and Salmon. Salmon was amazing like always but some tuna’s pieces in there were definitely expired and old. I had no words and I couldn’t believe the taste some pieces of tuna...
Although the good was good, I will not go there again. I placed an online takeout order & left work, in the very cold weather, to pick it up. When I placed the order & checked out, they automatically tacked on a tip. I went to get the food & I had to tip them!!!!! How dare they assume that I should tip them!!!! Not professional.
Food here at Poketo is really good. The best thing is the fact that you can get the Burrito. I haven't seen that from other places that I've eaten at and it's easily their best menu item and ups their quality of food quite significantly.
