Rude staff that won’t even look at you while talking. Went for a cup of coffee but coffee machine was broken. Other Starbucks usually sub the coffee with an americano, but the lady at the counter was nasty. I don’t live in the area so won’t be back.

Unusually slow service. Other customers block the entrance waiting for drinks that are well behind schedule. Little to no communication from the staff about delays. Usually 1 person behind the counter working on drinks, and 2 or 3 others walking back and forth to the back.

The morning crew is so sweet! Yari, Rene, Jaidyn, etc. they make my drink perfectly and quickly every day and it’s always a good vibe no matter how early I come in.

Kristine is a life changing barista! She recommended the jalapeno truffle hot sauce with the spicy falafel pocket and all i can say is wow! I always get a matcha and a spicy falafel pocket when I am on the go and this will forever change my order! Thank you Kristine for going about and beyond to suggest this!

Apparently when you are paying with a $100 bill they would not take your payment nor your order, is this a Starbucks rules for this particular location?? She basically told a verbal NO and a head shake, we can't accept it we don't have any money, not even a sorry for the inconvenience Wow !!!! Time to go to a new location, that's really sucks considering the next one is in Bellmore so I have to drive a couple miles further and this location is near me, the current world we live in.
