Im not sure why but the coffee is always BURNT. They are non consistent either. Massapequa is so much better. Sucks going to get coffee everyday wondering if itll be good. do better!

The girl who took my order was great but her other associate/ co worker wasn't helping at all. He was too busy sweeping and she was doing all the work. He couldn't mutitasked and took a customer while she was making the drinks. I ONT LIKEEEE THAT!! Like he's too good to be taking orders or

Horrible Starbucks drinks. I ordered two Venti Strawberry Creme Fraps with extra pure and they were so plain! I only tasted the ice and i got it 30 minutes before closing time so I couldn’t go back and ask for my money back. What a waste of $13. Never again.

Everyone here is really friendly... They know many of the regulars by name and they always greet you with a friendly hello when you walk in. One of the baristas (Anthony) recommended drinks, the Ice Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaken Espresso is my new favorite drink. I've had it at several locations now, but he still makes it the best! And as per his recommendation, I get it topped with salted caramel cold foam. So good!! ?
