they only had like 5 flavors and they weren’t completely frozen AND the floors were sticky A N D the employee looked annoyed that we were there AND !!! there was no chocolate sauce :( we came in 3 hours before closing and they looked halfway closed. not feeling swirly :-(

They close at 9:30 but you get there at 9 and they say they’re closed. Kinda confused don’t I make my own frozen yogurt cup? Honestly the girl was rude too. Change the hours or stay open.

I walked in as I usually did the last time being a few months ago and this time being the last. It was disgusting. Go to moo lala. Everything was dirty, whomever was at the register and stacking cups and spoons was eating and licking their fingers simultaneously and the ppl closing who I can assume were the owners looked like they hadn’t showered in days and were bare hands handling everything and wiping their noses, no sanitizer, no washing. I work in healthcare and it looks like a germ farm by the toppings. Idk If they’re under new management but geez if the stuff if that bad then the machines probably aren’t cleaned or anything either.

Came in at 8:30 and the place looked like it was closed or close to it? No music, no ventilation, nobody at any register, half the lights were off. It says they close at 9:30 but we just went to Moolala instead.

Very disappointed in my visit today. The store looked empty like they were closing. I wanted a pitaya bowl and was told they couldn't make it no dragon fruit so I ordered an acai.bowl well again they have no fruit except strawberry and blueberry. The fruit was not sweetDon't sell inferior products.
