Had to make a documented complaint towards this taco bell 4/24 at 9:30 PM I came in and they took forever to get the 3 guys in front of me taken care of. Kept messing their order up and took them 6-7min to fix the guys slushee. Unbelievable. I made an online order for in store pickup. After 15-20min of standing there and waiting the guy had the order ready for god knows how long. this location is poorly managed and somebody needs to step in and do something about it. Absolutely ridiculous they dont want to help you and only give you attitude

Waited 40 minutes to get my online order. The staff's only concern was to blast music and laugh the entire time. When I inquired about my food or asked to speak to the manager, they all acted as if they didn't hear me. Finally, I received my food it looks like dog shit. Terrible staff, I recommend going to another location.

I've never experienced anything like this ever. I'm embarrassed to leave this horrible review. Two gentlemen before i got there were waiting well over 20 - 40 minutes to get there food or put in their order. I waited 10 minutes not knowing they waited that long for their food. The Taco Bell employees avoided us like the plague and continued to take and give orders for the driver thru only. I want to speak to the owner and or manager, please.

I'm writing this review with disappointment , as I rarely leave negative feedback, especially for fast food establishments. However, my recent experience at this Taco Bell was truly unacceptable. Firstly, my order was incomplete. A crucial item was missing, which was incredibly frustrating. Secondly, the hard taco shells were unbelievably stale. The Gordita Crunch was inedible due to the terrible sour/past due/stale taste of the hard shells. It was a complete waste of money and a truly disappointing dining experience. I understand that mistakes happen, but this level of service is simply unacceptable. I hope this feedback reaches the appropriate parties as this location needs significant improvement in both order accuracy and food quality.
The service is always quick and the people here are very nice. I appreciate that when I get a breakfast item without meat, they always mark which one it is so there's no guesswork!

Did not like the drive thru ordering with the AI bot. Ordering was fine, but there is no communication with the workers inside that the soda machine wasn't working. It took additional time to readjust the order which was frustrating. The workers did a great job adjusting, but I'm sure they are frustrated having to deal with that all night.
