Their service is really terrible at 3 AM. They said only Uber orders which makes no sense. Their Service is just horrible at this time and they’re so disrespectful.

Did not like the drive thru ordering with the AI bot. Ordering was fine, but there is no communication with the workers inside that the soda machine wasn't working. It took additional time to readjust the order which was frustrating. The workers did a great job adjusting, but I'm sure they are frustrated having to deal with that all night.

Food was horrible. Not fresh. Stale. Not hot. Employees were nice, professional, fast, and got the order correct. Food was bad.
We pre ordered on the app for pickup. Waited a bit to leave and still waited 40 minutes for it inside. We then discovered we were missing two cheesy fiesta potatoes from our order. I went up to the counter and 3 workers passed by me,looked at me and didn't ask me if I needed help with something so I said "excuse me I don't mean to bother you" and the person that came up to me was obviously annoyed. I stated how I was missing two things from my order. We waited another 20 minutes for those two. I will not return to this location for lack of service and unnecessary attitude from the employees, even though I live in this town. I'll drive to seaford instead.

Love taco bell but this will be the last time I will be ordering the Cantina Power Bowl. While tasty the chicken is hardly there. Basically rice, beans, and red cabbage. Not worth the price stick with tacos.burritos instead.
