This is the worst place I’ve ever been to.
I ordered a mango refresher and received a full cup of ice with a drop of lemonade and some freeze dried mango pieces all for $4. Undrinkable l didn’t try the food but if it’s the sane as the stink forget about it. I called the headquarters customer service and put in a complaint. That took 25 mins to get someone.
Dont go there try Dunkin’ instead
I went back a second time just to see if the service was any better. I had to wait 5 minutes for a clerk to pay attention she had a hugh attitude and got my order wrong. I asked got a mango refresher and received a strawberry one instead.i also bought a doughnut which was good.
Came back a third time after being told by the main complaint phone number to talk to the manager. I did he started to talk to other employees in a foreign language then turned and walked away without talking to me
Under no circumstance should you go there
Add 10mins to be acknowledged counter person rude. No manager no help

A while ago tonight, I would appreciate it if you could review your CCTV footage regarding an incident involving one of your employees, Aashish. Upon entering your premises, I was in high spirits as I had just won $4 on my lottery ticket. Initially, Aashish was courteous at the counter, asking about my winnings, and we shared a laugh when I jokingly mentioned winning $4 million. However, he then proceeded to converse with another female employee in their native language, and they both laughed. Assuming they were discussing something unrelated, I also laughed, but Aashish began mocking me repeatedly in front of other customers and even addressed me again in his native language. This led to my frustration, prompting me to respond in Tagalog, to which he replied 'what.' I clarified that I didn't understand his language and questioned why he was asking me what I said. He then remained silent, offering only an arrogant smile. My question is, where are his manners?

When this place first opened it was a great spot to grab some quick breakfast. As someone who misses Tim Hortons, it was also nice to be able to grab a quick bite that reminds me of Western NY. Today, the workers were extremely slow and talking loudly with someone on the phone. I had ordered a sandwich and two donuts. The guy rang me up for 2 donuts and a muffin. I was silently handed back the money for the muffin. Then, I received my sandwich. The bacon - raw. Yes, I know this is a gas station. But do yourself a favor and just get the gas, no Tim Hortons.

Terrible food. Was given two cold breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns. Threw away $20 plus on this location. Not expected from a Tim Horton”s
