I ordered a turkey bacon ranch without tomatoes and received a sandwich with just turkey. I ordered salt and vinegar chips and got a different type of chips. I recommend people to go over to West Hempstead Tropical Smoothie over Merrick. They clearly have dumbasses working here.

That is a disgusting level of sugar. Diabetes in disguise here, people! Make a smarter decision and stay away. Definitely will not go back and do not recommend it to anyone.

The Kiwi Quencher smoothie? Total win. It’s super refreshing, just the right amount of sweet, and actually tastes like real fruit—none of that artificial weirdness you sometimes get with chain smoothies. It's definitely one of those drinks you could crave on a hot day or after a workout. Highly recommend.
Now… the açaí bowl. Honestly, I wanted to like it. It looked beautiful but the taste didn’t match the hype. The base was watery and bland, like someone melted a smoothie and forgot to add any real flavor. The toppings were okay, but they couldn’t save it. For something that’s supposed to be thick, creamy, and packed with flavor, it was kind of a letdown.
Final verdict: go for the smoothies, especially the Kiwi Quencher. Skip the açaí bowls unless you just need something pretty for a picture.

Seems like a common theme here. Terrible staff overall. Walk in to order one smoothie, left me standing there without saying anything to me for 5 min. Girl is singing Disney songs on top of her lungs only working on online orders (shes the problem in my opinion) After my order was taken i took a seat and waited 15 minutes for a smoothie while i see they made at least 20 others before me plus food. Keep in mind i was the only person in the store. I might of even heard the girl mumble under her breath im gonna make him wait bc i stood up to counter after about 10 minutes. Message to owner, if you care about your business you would get a real manager asap these kids will destroy your store.
They have very good breakfast the only thing is that they too slow with the orders

The staff acted like they didn’t want to be there—rude, slow, and completely uninterested. The place was a mess, with sticky tables and trash on the floor. For the price, I expected way better. Won’t be back.
