Via Roma was a great place to order wings from! Recently, I have ordered 50 wings multiple separate times and each time it was specified to make the wings EXTRA crispy. Emphasis on crispy. The most recent order I made sure to double down on the EXTRA part. The person on the phone understood me clearly and even notified me of a longer wait time because the wings were supposed to “well done”. Just like the times before, the 50 buffalo mild wings have come out soft and not in any way crispy. As someone who is used to “normal” wings, these are below normal crisp level. There have been times where I have tossed them back into an air fryer for 20 mins to reach a normal crispy wing consistency. It’s a shame - we used to enjoy the wings thoroughly - but now might look into a new establishment for our bulk wing supply.

Always so delicious & not super costly. They have all the favorite Italian classics and yummy speciality slices. I wish the interior were just a little bit bigger for eating there, but we love that they deliver to us!

Best pizza in Merrick. You get to know the people working there and it gives a nice cozy feel to get food from a place that gives off family touches. We ask them to use clean pizza cutter because of not wanting cross contamination from meat item and they've always been nice about it. Delivery is also great. Via Roma is the way to curb your pizza cravings.
Good job guys.
When my kids were toddlers we would go there weekly and they would offer to cut pizza in bites for the kiddos. 🙂

Cozy little spot great slices , big slices, quality was exceptional in my opinion. Service was great the two gentlemen, greeted me and my coworker upon entry, and walked to hand us our food when it was ready , which I never expect, but I appreciate . For a small spot atmosphere was perfect. Plenty of menu options as well . Good drink selection. It's also a local favorite slice winner from 2023 . Family owned and operated most definitely.

Pizza was good, can't complain, just not great. I'd expect it to be closer to great for $16, considering I had 2 slices and a drink.

Service was good, but also not great. Family owned/operated feel, which is a nice +

(Tried 1 time, have not been a repeat customer)

Yesterday was a long day and the kids and I had just picked my wife from the train station. She was beat herself, so we asked the kids, "what should we get?" "Pizza," was their immediate reply. Closest and best pizzaeria was Via Roma. We had dined there before, but we had not noticed the Anniversary Special. I've included pictures of everything that comes with it. With 4 soft drinks everything came out to $54. A lot of food. Delicious sauce. Nice people behind the counter. Via Roma made a long day end on a good note.
