Bought a buttered bagel on Friday April 4th. The store is below average looking. The counter person was a rude woman with no manners and the bagel was just awful. A truly awful trifecta.

Just had for my first time and actually leaving a review. PHENOMENAL. BLT was gigantic and perfectly done. Salad - build your own and price can’t be beat with the freshest ingredients. Seriously top notch

My partner is a reg customer new to area for a few months Bit into his bagel this morning and was eating just to pull out the longest white hair from the back of his throat and he is 29 and bald lol i wish these places would be careful before charging the most now my whole family tossed their bagels in trash 🤮

I recently ordered a turkey, bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, along with a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich from this establishment. The total cost was $24, and that didn't include any drinks. At that price, it would be a nice gesture to include a small coffee or juice. I'm a frequent customer, but the high cost combined with the extremely rude and unpleasant attitude of the woman working this morning has made me reconsider returning anytime soon.

The workers here today were walking around like mindless zombies. No customer acknowledgement as the food I ordered ahead of time was just sitting at the end of the counter for 10 minutes. I had to get their attention and the food was ice cold.

Avoid this place. Bagels are salty. I asked for eggs not to be runny and I get uncooked eggs. I couldn’t even eat my sausage egg and cheese bagel because the uncooked eggs (the white part) spread everywhere

Bagels 101 in Middle Island is a staple for a lot of Longwood High School students. The staff is great and the bagels are the best. You can't go wrong with a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a Bagels 101 bagels.

So let me start by saying my husband & I are locals, we frequent this place often , but one thing I will say , is what we observed because it was something else..... We ordered our food, cool, it was delicious, then we left , went shopping for groceries (next door) , and got thirsty so we decided to stop back in for ice tea because I needed to go to the rite aid next door. My husband is observed the women tell the younger teenager girl worker there, in the door way , help everyone else first Incase we came in to complain or cause a scene..when we really just came in for a cool drink, & we were off so why not. I thought we were building a repor so Im disappointed in you guys. We noticed, we felt the bad energy and I'm wondering why y'all were acting guilty 😭 . If we thought anything was wrong with our food, we would've addressed it while we were eating there....not leave & come back.
I won't be coming back here again - I placed a very simple online order and they managed to mess it up anyway. I ordered a plain wrap with egg whites, sausage and cheese. When I got home, I saw that I received a plain bagel, egg whites, cheese and no sausage. I also ordered 1/2 lb of jalapeño cream cheese and instead received vegetable cream cheese. If something this simple can't be made correctly, I have no reason to return. Thankfully there are plenty of other bagel shops in the area.

Not good today! Never had a problem in past, Today: It was bad, something seem very wrong with the bacon I asked for it to be well done, but yet the bacon was floppy and limp in my experience whenever bacon is well done it is stiff. I think it was soaked through and through with grease as soon as I ate it, I immediately vomited, went right back to the store and explained the situation and showed them the other half of what I ordered. I was given no help, or care by them. I showed her the half and it was obviously bad today but they didn’t care. They Lost a Customer for sure! I will never go back to this place again.

Unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. While the food was decent, I was taken aback by the exorbitant charge to simply cut my bagel - it seemed excessive and not worth the cost. Moreover, the server's attitude was unfriendly and made me feel uncomfortable. Considering these factors, I'm hesitant to return and would need significant improvements to reconsider
