MELTology Bar & Grilled Cheese

After church, I walked into this restaurant and asked where the bathroom was, and the rudeness that came from the staff as in if you’re not eating here, you can’t use our restroom without even knowing what I was there for I understand that people take advantage of things but not everybody is that way And then I sat down and they have a little buffet on Sundays. It was just your basic put together stuff. I definitely wouldn’t go back to this place.

Ordered online and ordered clam strips, they replaced them with French fries! Seriously?! Not even close to the same value! Will never order from them again! $15 clam strips does not equal French fries!!

Went for the breakfast buffet. Food was hot and fresh. My favorites were the chocolate chip pancake and the fresh berry salad. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla, and it tasted absolutely rotten. Half of it was decent and then the other parts had a truly expired taste.I've ordered here in the past and it was okay. But this time it was horrid. My boyfriend’s fries were soggy and cold.

I ended up feeling quite ill after eating the quesadilla. Possibly just simply from the lingering taste or the actual effects from the poorly stored and or made food.

Desia sierra is the best waitress you have at Middle Island store she is very friendly great with all her customers . She is the biggest reason I come here because I get great service every time.

I have to say the Middle Island location is absolutely the best! Our server Desia Sierra is the best and every time I come here I always ask for he! She is indispensable and an asset to this establishment without her I would not be coming here!
