This subway doesn't put the amount of meat on their sandwiches that they should. My footlong sandwich had 5 pieces of turkey, instead of 12 like it's supposed to have. It is definitely noticeable when you're eating. My boyfriend thought they forgot the meat on his sandwich because it just tastes like veggies and dressing. It was an online order or I would have said something. I tried to call and they did not answer the phone.
For 20 dollars I shouldn't have o ask for extra this and extra that.
Where is the tuna picture be lying
They don’t honor coupons. I came in with a footlong coupon for half off and they said coupon doesn't work. I will be going somewhere else for lunch thank you very much.
They are too slow. I placed an order online and it took half an hour to prepare my sandwich.

I WENT INTO THE MIDDLE ISLAND SUBWAY WITH A COUPON, THEY WOULD NOT HONOR IT ! ! ! ! HE SAID I HAVE TO ORDER ON LINE. I WENT HOME AND TRIED TO ORDER ON LINE AND IT SAID YOU CAN NOT ORDER ON LINE. I WILL GET THE WORD OUT FOR PEOPLE NOT TO PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION OR ANY SUBWAY THAT DOES NOT ACCEPT SUBWAY COUPONS ! ! ! !

The guy who works here is something else. Please pay attention to your receipts, he insist you get a combo even if you don't want it. He changes the tone in his voice like your a child. I think he doesn't know how to operate the register because what is so hard about giving people just what they ask for. He's annoying.

I worked at subway in the past and this place Absolutely has the worst customer service I've ever seen..They do not accept any coupons whatsoever, they don't use the correct portions of meat & cheese required from subway headquarters, most of the employees don't speak English or pretend to not speak English, many people reported getting sick and sometimes they just make up their own prices resulting in a very expensive subway experience. Let's all come together and boycott this location and pray for an owner that isn't a cheap POS.

I've given them every benefit of doubt but I will never come back. The old man looks at you like your stupid for wanting service and will wait til someone else comes to help you. Customer service is absolutely non existent but rudeness abounds. 25 minutes to get a mobile order of 1 sandwich. Had to ask to have him make it and not s single customer in the place.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I needed help ordering a sandwich, no one could help me they told me to GOOGLE!!! I was very surprised by the rudeness of staff than they preceded to take someone else’s order who came in after me!!! I said so no one is going to help me? I was standing there being ignored by both workers!!!! That is completely unacceptable I will no longer send my money there and I will let my family and friends know about the rudeness I experienced, I was a long time customer but no more!!!! Y’all should be Ashamed of yourselves!!!!
