NYC Birthday Cakes nailed it with this custom creation! The cake looked so good, I almost felt guilty eating it. With layers fluffier than a cloud and frosting smoother than a jazz saxophone solo, it was a hit at the party. The team made the whole process a piece of cake—pun intended. Definitely coming back for more because you can’t have your cake and eat it too unless it’s from NYC Birthday Cakes!

What you see, is not always what you get. For a very expensive cake, it was not worth it. The website sample cake and the cake I was given were different. Very important that you make sure your cake is the cake you order and not “similar “. As the recipient of the cake, I was not happy at all for a milestone birthday cake. The top was dark chocolate, there was no name and aged is spelt age. Very little lemon flavor as well. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Horrific job. Dear owner, you need to think long term rather than short term when a customer orders. This cake was poorly crafted and not worth $70. A BJs cake would have been $20, larger, and more attractive looking. The reason I say think long term is because I could have become a dedicated customer order 4-5 times per year. Many of my favorite bakeries have closed down.1. Submitted a request for a quote. I had to call multiple times to follow-up.2. Uploaded various samples and explicitly told the bakery I want creativity like ? be seen on the site and provided multiple images of the theme of the cake. Bakery semi replicated a photo but poorly done. I also 3X emphasized adding the leaves and the “hi” thought bubbles. First photo is what I found in the internet. All other photos is the poor and version wannabe replica3. I provided sufficient notice. In fact, I called and said I’ll actually be picking up 2 hours later and they were pleased with the news.4. I requested the traditional icing scene in those Italian cakes. Not sure what I got.5. The size is not what was explained. Once again not worth $70.Tmrw is my sisters birthday and will be tasting the cake. Will provide an update on taste.Dear owner, you lost the opportunity of earning a dedicated customer. Think big picture, a job well done means raving reviews, referrals, and consistent cakes orders. Horrible and I’m pist off that I was ripped off.Viewers, first image is one of four photos provided.Bakery decided to just copy that image rather than come up with a creative idea from the collection of images.I also sent an email to complain. Baker claimed this is what I wanted and I didn’t want to pay for anything extra. I reminded him that I told him I didn’t Neal the pearls but that the leaves and hi thought bubbles were important to the show. I even jokingly said I don’t know why “hi” is important. I told him 3 times because I wanted him to remember the details.

The group after us was served first and ours took a little longer because they were whites ?? The server and food thou was good. I’m sorry for feeling this way but the discrimination is loud and clear !

I recently purchased 4 Saint Joseph zeppole At $7.20 each. I know that lately everything is expensive but I thought that $35.00 for four pastries is taking advantage of your customers. Recommendation: show the price in the window so that no one is surprised and embarrassed when you go to pay. Other bakeries have better pastries for less.

Chef Joseph exceeded my expectations. He did a phenomenal job on a baby shower/story book theme cake. Everyone at the shower could not stop talking about how good the cake tasted and how beautiful it was. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars.

One of the best bakeries in the city in my opinion. The ambience as well as the food, both are amazing. The staff is well mannered and offer great help and service to the customers. The food tastes great. I recommend the Pineapple Cake and Chicken Grill Sandwich. Definitely a great snacking place.

To spend time with friends I like the pastries and chocolate truffle are you can say chocolate milkshake or I like the cold coffee a lot I drink it a lot of times it's quite amazing 2 go and enjoy your day with a cold coffee or a chocolate milkshake with the pastry or sandwich..I love it and the place were quite classy. They have the classy look and they maintain it but one bad thing is that they didn't give water also in free u have to purchase it..
