The best Peruvian rotisserie chicken in New York! The green spicy sauce is excellent and the service is very good. Don’t miss the red sangria — it’s spectacular. I’m happy to know there’s a Pio Pio restaurant back in the area. Just a heads-up: bring some patience, since they don’t take reservations for fewer than 10 people. We waited 10 minutes for a table.

Went on April 7 and this location was closed. So went to a new location on metropolitan and continental ave. They said the woodhaven location would eventually reopen though, maybe in a few days.

The chicken is the most that you can taste from there I have to say is very tasty at the same time EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, the price is so high that is almost impossible to buy another dish, the tostones are horrible they are so big and thick that it causes to chuck when eating, the bean needs a little more seasoning. I would not purchase from Pío Pío any longer.
