Most of the times the soup I ordered will spill and just half of the container will be left. And one time I ordered empanadas and they give me 2 burnt empanadas. How can I eat burnt empanadas. But they can do well if they will pack their delivery foods good.

I really LOVE the food, but the service is horrible. We have been ordering out from Rico’s for years since they first open. The person who takes the orders on the phone is always somebody who doesn’t have great English. Takes forever to place order, repeating time after time, then on multiple occasions we receive incomplete order , items missing, then dealing again with that person on the phone. Very frustrating, I hesitate to order because I just have no energy to deal with the person who will take my order. Disappointing.

Have been at this restaurant on numerous times and always highly satisfied. Yet today, very dissatisfied. Had to request basic things which are normally provided at a restaurant such as straws, water and utensils! Ordered a hot coffee and the waitress preferred to take care of the male customers ordering take out. My coffee was sitting on the side until she was asked about it. When she finally gave me my coffee was not hot much less warm. Advised her to take it back because this was not acceptable bit she proceeded express her opinion that the coffe was hot. Yes it was when she initially made it and then waited apprix 25 minutes to bring to the table!! Was provided the bill and she included her $9 tip to my bill for a party of only 2. She did not deserve it!! At this point was totally disgusted took my food home. I really question if management changed or just the staff. Strongly doubt I will go back. They just lost a customer whom for 3+ years ordered from there, took many family members for gatherings of a party of 10+. Sad to see this once good restaurant go down in service!!
