After driving past this new spot for a couple of months, my girlfriend and I finally decided to try it. The lychee tea with fresh pulp was fantastic and just sweet enough. My girlfriend ordered the pearl milk tea which was also refreshing, sweet, and had fresh tapioca. Even the wish waffle cakes smelled and tasted great - definitely hit the spot. Sooo good and so cute!Milk tea is so good and creamy. Boba texture and taste is perfect. Definitely will be back whenever we’re in the neighborhood.My kids loved the waffles (plain and custard)

Love this location. There are several Mr Wish in NYC. I generally like them but this location consistency is the best. Taste of the tea is always top notch, fresh, and done as you ask, amount of ice, sugar level etc. pearls always chewy but not rubbery. Open late enough for your after dinner treat. Good space if you feel like a quick break. Customer loyalty card is the icing on the cake.
