I went in and I told the employee that I was picking up a mobile order under my name. Waited 10 minutes for my mobile order. Not one employee inquires why I am still standing there so long. Turns out she put it on the shelf with the receipt under the drink so you can't see the name without touching the orders. In the end they got my order wrong too.
Great Dunkin’ in a nice area! The iced lattes are always fresh, smooth, and delicious. The location is clean, convenient, and has a nice atmosphere. Definitely a great spot for coffee!
I am not a fan of Dunkin Donuts due to the most of them can't speak English and get the order from wrong. Took a chance and it was still the same after ten years. They tried to give me Clorox wipes for my hands. It is not ok. Thank goodness for the manager of the day knew and fixed everything. Sweet simple soft spoken man. I would return to this location
