We decided on take out today. The food is tasty. Just very very light on the BBQ sauce which was disappointing. Very quick service and very pleasant on the phone. We will definitely try it again but ask for far more BBQ sauce ( more than one squirt)

After Parker’s Pit won 1st place at “Wilbur’s Bar Baby-back Rib Cook-off” just yesterday, I had to try more from their menu! Ordered a $12 pulled pork sandwich and was pleasantly surprised by the serving size and the taste. The waitress was pleasant and Parker himself came by to check-in. Even though they are still adjusting to their new location, Parker’s Pit really treats you like family!

We came to the Niagara Falls location (the old Como at the Airport) and I can tell this is one of the BEST BBQs we have ever had!! Amazing service, the sides were incredible and the meat was unbelievable. Definitely will be back again!

Second time in 10 days I'm back for more!!!Real meat cooked perfectly - moist and tasty! Has to be Great for me to not need BBQ sauce!!!!Thank you to the great cooks at Parker’s Pit in Niagara Falls for an Easter Meal for me!Love that they use Costanza rolls - no bun tastes better than Costanza! Perfect compliment to every sandwich!
Parking: Have vertigo issues from long Covid so love that the parking was close enough where I felt I could make it without someone going with me every time!
Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely beautifully accessible restaurant with tables plentiful but not packed too close together, would have been plenty wide for the wheelchair, though I didn't check the bathroom yet.
Ordered two pulled pork sandwich dinners, with coleslaw, sides of macaroni salad & cornbread, and mustard potato salad.Wasn't the best I had compared to the competition not far from this location. The roll & cornbread were dry and the pork was a bit over cooked for my tasteCould have used more BBQ sauce

The Niagara Falls location requires improvement. The service was unsatisfactory, with requests for basic items such as napkins and drink refills. The food quality was poor, the sides all taste like pre-made or frozen items. The ribs, which were overcooked and dry, resembling jerky in texture and difficult to cut. Additionally, the full rack of ribs is not accompanied by sides, while the half rack does. The atmosphere lacks a cohesive barbecue theme, and the establishment still displays the signage of the previous restaurant, Como. As a result, it may be easily overlooked by potential customers and should be if this what you get.

Great flavor on the meats! Had tots and cheese with pulled chicken, pulled pork dinner, and pig in a blanket at NF location. Was all delicious and staff was super friendly! Will be going back!!

Came in and got the brisket dinner with macaroni and cheese. Also the ribs and collard greens. Brisket wasn’t the greatest I’ve ever had. It was almost like it was baked in an oven, very little bark.It had a good flavor. It’s just not what I’m used to, barbecue places around the area are better, and it’s not saying this place is terrible either .Parker did come out and greet us, which was great and I wish the boy and his family all the success went to the restaurant in Niagara Falls. If you’re in the area check it out but it just wasn’t for me.
