Been coming here for years. Actually love this diner by far. Today was the worst. I previously put in my review about today’s visit to the Americana so I won’t put it in again. I just want to clarify that I would always give this place 5 stars except for today. Had a sloppy and somewhat ride waitress that didn’t even get the whole order right and it wasn’t much that we ordered. Had to also be someone different or stingy cooking today because my BLT had more tomatoes and lettuce than it did bacon. Seriously??? TODAY I GICE A 2 STAR , and never want that sloppy somewhat rude waitress again.

So went to the AMERICANA diner this morning. Been going there for years, love it. Just one problem, there’s one waitress there that we hate to get when we go. We order our food, we asked for an order of fries to share instead of ordering two orders of fries. Food comes out, she slaps it down on the table, said she was going to bring us extra napkins, that didn’t happen. Then when she walks by, she doesn’t even stop at the table when she asks how’s everything. Just asked as she was passing by. She’s really not so friendly, didn’t get our order right. The fries that we ordered were on one of our plates and that’s not how we usually get them. Then the sandwich we ordered had more lettuce and tomato’s in it then it bacon. I have to say it was an extreme disappointment today. Definitely have to refuse having that waitress again though.

The food here doesn't disappoint. They have a vast menu which will satisfy your hunger. The portions are generous and the staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

Everyone was so nice. Tha Manager Ann was sweet and our server Linda was awesome. The food was delicious! I will definitely be coming back!

I have eaten here several times, mostly for breakfast and lunch. I won't go back for dinner as they tried to pass off something for lamb, that wasn't. The prices are between 8 and 14 for a breakfast plate of eggs..the sides will add to your bill easily. Cups of coffee are small for $2.60 a cup, but it is what it is. Keep in mind that this is the only diner around the area. It is usually clean and the seating and service will depend upon the crowd. Keep in mind that you will be penalized 3% if you use your credit card. Place this busy should be able to absorb that and save the customer money.

I ain't never been inside, but I’ve had the takeout plenty of times. It’s a lil' pricey, but the food’s straight. Just don’t be lazy with your order—if you want it hot, cold, or with extra sauce, say it. Otherwise, you might get some wild surprise that ain't it.
Now, listen, that strawberry shortcake? That joint slaps. I’m not even a dessert guy, but that right there? Fire. If it’s your first time, let ‘em know and they’ll treat you like you’re family.
Overall, I’m giving it 4/5. They hit you with extra sauces, napkins, and utensils like they actually care, which is a rare W.

The food was fresh and delicious. Served right away. It was busy but it was comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed ourselves and had a really nice birthday dinner with my son and his lady. 10 ⭐from me.
