“I went to outbacks for the steak special on 3/23 that I seen on TV for $14 baked potatoes salad or soup & cheese cake the server said not here its 19$ then also I didn't know the restaurant offered a senior discount I just saw it on my phone to give my review why is the special only in certain cutbacks? That's mis-¹ representation the proce should be the same in all Outback Restaurants im 80 years old and I should of been aware in the restaurant of a senior discount by the way I enjoyed the dinner”

“Ate here tonight for the first time with my husband. We had chicken samosas which were great with yummy sauces. I had shrimp curry and my husband had chicken curry…both were delicious! Portion sizes were very good. The service was great and everyone was very nice working there! We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!”

We chatted about the history of this type of venue in Middletown and how to survive. He gets it. While chatting, his head was on a swivel, watching his guests and crew. Rob spoke so highly about his crew, you would think they were family. I am so glad I went and enjoyed the family atmosphere. Well done team!!”

“Happened to be in Middletown and looking for a quick bite. Luckily found this spot. Nothing fancy just good fresh food as Abuela would cook it. From the start restaurant seating area was spotless clean. Then freshly made Agua fresca's and guacamole. The tacos were tasty and came with thier homemade red and green sauces, some heat but not over powering. It's just good simple food and reasonable priced. If in the area and in mood for some authentic Mexican food and tacos definitely would recommend.”

“This has always been my go-to spot in Middletown for an intimate setting sushi experience. This place is great for date nights.

I've never had bad sushi from here. They have an excellent selection and a lot of crowd favorites, such as tempura rolls, california, etc. The appetizers are also quite yummy, I enjoy the Gyoza the most, it's crunchy on the bottom, as it should be.

The wait staff is always very attentive and polite. The building is very clean overall. Like I stated before it is always quiet and nice to be able to just sit and talk.”

“We went there with my family for Christmas Eve dinner with a party of 15.. Exceptional food and service. Wait staff went above and beyond to accommodate us for a special evening of family and friends. I provided a small gift for my grandson and they did an amazing job of telling him how Santa Claus heard he was such a good boy and left it there for him. We were lucky to have such an experienced waiter that made our evening so memorable for our grandson..I felt prices were very good, food was awesome and served in a timely manner. It’s not easy serving so many people at once food and drinks. Everyone enjoyed their meal and desert. Certainly looking forward to going back!!! If I could leave more than 5 Stars I would!”

Decided to take a chance and it was a great decision. The food was absolutely delicious, the price was fair and portions were big enough for our family of three. Even though I didn't ask, it didn't seem like one could dine-in. The service was very good and the place looked clean. Many customers came to pick up their orders while I was there, so the food was moving constantly. The kitchen looked clean as well, and it smelled delicious while they were preparing our food. One thing we completely forgot was to take pictures of the food, but it really was worth the drive and the time spent to pick it up.”

Had to also be someone different or stingy cooking today because my BLT had more tomatoes and lettuce than it did bacon. Seriously??? TODAY I GICE A 2 STAR , and never want that sloppy somewhat rude waitress again.”

“Our family was looking last minute for a place to have a family dinner to celebrate our daughter’s ninth birthday after our original reservation fell through at another place. Pelligrinos is our favorite pizza spot so I called them. It was 5:30PM on a Friday night and I asked if they could accommodate our party of nine at 7:00. They were happy to prepare a table for us! I was shocked. They brought us the most incredible plate antipasto and placed it in front of our daughter and said happy birthday! Then we have the most delicious apps, pizza and an incredible pasta special for dinner. We couldn’t have been happier! They then brought complimentary fried dough for dessert for the table! What an incredible experience! We were so grateful that they not only came to our rescue at that late hour, but they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great night. If you want a five star experience with both food and service, go to Pelligrinos!”

“If you want authentic Szechuan style that's the place to be. Today was our third time there and so far we are very pleased with the quality. We ordered cumin beef, shredded pork with green hot pepper and a tofu and pork belly dish. They are all very tasty with distinct layers of flavors that blend so well. The employees are young, unfocused, they seemed to be goofing around alot, rough housing with each other, and when I asked for a straw the girl at the window was annoyed. I usually enjoy KFC but I won't be going back, it's expensive for fast food and bad service. I would not recommend it, it's very disappointing and frustrating to waste money on food I couldn't eat.”

Took half of mine home so I could have a piece of their sour cream coffee cake (the best!). With all that said, the icing on the cake was the server, Shanelle. I have actually found an authentic Dominican restaurant in Middletown, NY where the food is really, really good! My first time, on my own, no reviews and now I am writing a review so that others will spend their hard earned money here! $36 and I had a meal for three! Baked chicken, white rice and red beans, 4 chicken empanadas (real size empanadas), and a large soup (sancocho)! Everything was perfectly seasoned, delicious and satisfying! You must try them! These are my staples, but they had so many foods to choose from. The flavor is what got me! Authentic and satisfying! I will be back!”
