What a delightful find! I walked in on a Saturday to find a healthy audience watching the cook. He was mixing tiny bits of onions peppers and some green herbs onto the tops of some patties which he flipped and covered with grated cheddar cheese. I said what are those? to him. " Sliders. They are really good " he replied. I ordered three and some French fries. In a few minutes I walked out with a bag of heaven, The sliders were amazing!
