Incredibly fresh. Great service! I've lived in El Paso and Chiapas, probably the best Mexican food I've had in ages. Worth every penny. Best mole ever, TRUE Pueblan mole NOT some Americanized brown gravy with a hint of chocolate. Wish I lived near by and wasn't just passing through.

My staff always go to la Perla every weekend to un whine, eat dance or just chat about how we can improve our business. We get so much love and great service from the owners Jose and Jose jr. We will be there tonight
