“It's the purest form of a local breakfast and lunch spot. Delicious eggs, pancakes, burgers, and sandwiches. Everything is made fresh. Small staff but 100% family and community vibe. Not as fast as fastfood, but this is wayyy better than fast food. Perfect spot for coffee and a bite, especially early.”
“Orchard Hill Cider Mill is not only fun to say (it rhymes!), but their hard cider is a major step up from the typical brands you might be familiar with. The flavors are much more sophisticated than just sugary sweet apples and have replaced beer or wine at my dinner table and get togethers many times.I usually stop in just to grab a bottle or two since I'm not from the area, but I'd love to hang out in their tap room and take in the atmosphere one of these days. Cheers y'all, and thanks for the food drinks!”
“Went here for a low key birthday dinner with the husband last night. The place is cozy and the staff was super friendly. You order food through an app which honestly, is pretty ingenious. You have a few flavors of soup to pick from and a ton of add ins from lamb, beef or pork belly, squid, shrimp, fish or meat balls, dumplings, various noodles, different types of mushrooms, vegetables and probably a lot more that I can’t even remember. Soda comes with the meal, and there’s a ton of stuff off to the side to use for flavoring. The base itself was a bit bland but all the add in options help. I ended up making my own dipping sauce, as well as stuff to flavor the soup (garlic, cilantro, scallions, sesame seeds/oil, salt/sugar, soy sauce, peanut sauce, tofu, sesame sauce, the list goes on of what’s available ). There’s also tongs, plates, bowls, ladles etc next to the mix ins if you’d like to use those. And to round out the meal, you get ice cream as well. All the food also came out super quick.Overall we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely come back again. Totally recommend.Vegetarian options: Vegetation options seemed easily available. They have a tomato soup base with various vegetables such as potato, sweet potato, spinach various mushrooms, seaweed, and tofu.Parking: No assigned spots, but a decent amount of space in front, back and on the side to park.”
“I love Drowned Lands! Every beer has been amazing and the food is excellent. Fantastic space and a great vibe. The mushroom pizza and Caesar are delicious - plus there’s wine for the non beer drinkers.”
“Today was my first time at this hidden "gem" Great ice cream!Something for EVERYONE...gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, etc.The best selection! From Gelato, soft serve, ices, etc. The outdoor sitting area is spacious. The parking is more than adequate. Highly recommend trying the gelato!!”
“I love this place!! The food, the atmosphere and the service were top notch!! I’ll definitely recommend to everyone!! Will surely be back!! Thanks Guys ! Best TACOS hands down!”
“Cappuccino on a smoky side, no latte art either. (As explained by the owner, due to a style of cappuccino I opted for, seemingly). Will opt for another one next time.Friendly owner of the place and a nice vibe.PS that was like 2 plus years ago. According to the newer reviews and photos, it looks much better. I think it’s time to check it out again.Giving a 5 star for the customer service communication as the owner is very polite and responsive. Will check this place out again to see what has changed over the years.”
“A wonderful place for authentic Korean flavors. The sundubu jjigae was spicy and filled with soft tofu, making for a comforting dish. The side dishes were all fresh and tasty, perfectly complementing the main courses.”
“Such a cool place. The owner (i'm assuming) was really cool down to earth guy, along with the woman. The place has such a fun character, along with the people. Definitely recommend to anyone and everyone.”
“This little coffee shop is really wonderful and I can't wait to make it my go-to spot.Walking in, you're greeted with a relaxing ambiance of classical music, soothing light (no harsh LEDs on sight), and a friendly barista with a smile. Everything was clean, spacious, and smelled lovely.I ordered an iced caramel macchiato with almond, and it was delightful! I was able to get quite a bit of work done here as well, and seeing the patrons come in with comfortable familiarity told me that others also found this spot to be their regular coffee shop.I'm eager to try their other drinks and maybe a croffle (croissant waffle).”
“Food was good. Relatively clean. Broccoli came out cold and tasted funny. Service was great until the end. Took forever to get the check and when we gave cash they only brought back a large bill. You should always give your patrons smaller bills to leave a proper tip. I had to ask for change to do this. More wasted time! Lucky for them we didn't just leave!”

“My little girl and I have stopped in a couple times before going to the movies. This place is a little gem. It's warm and inviting as well. The owner is friendly and is all about customer service. The ice cream store is extremely clean and they have seating available for you and your family as well. We live an hour away and enjoy this place over all of the other ice cream places in between. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.”
“Excellent food. Had the bulgogi pot, bulgogi dinner and the seafood pancake. Especially delicious. Love the return your plates rack. And the entire place was sparkling clean. Will certainly be back. Price point was also just where it needed to be.”
“By far the best restaurant in Middletown and it isn’t even close. From the quality to the service, everything here is unmatched! I’ve been trying to come here as often as possible to try out new things on their menu and everything is a hit!The price is also very reasonable and doesn’t break the bank. It feels like going to your parents house and getting homemade food. This place is a MUST for anyone who every passes through the area.”
“I had my daughter’s baby shower here and it was an excellent experience. The food was delicious and Marc and his staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. I would recommend this place for any party you may be having or just for a dinner night out. Thank you ”
“Very neat place with awesome atmosphere. Solid craft beer list (unfortunately missed my tastes but still a good list). Bartender was super friendly and fun.We unfortunately only got wings here and they were not good. They were dry, small, and the dry rub only hit one side. So that side was overpoweringly flavored and the other was just dry chicken.Their menu looks awesome and some of the other food we saw coming out looked really good. But the wings were decidedly not good.Hope to come back another day and try some other food and switch to 5 stars.”
“I've been frequenting Diplomat Cafe in Goshen, NY since I opened my office down the street in 2022. I must say, the owner is incredibly sweet, the lattes are delicious, and the pastries...well, let's just say I've added a few lbs. lately and I don't care who knows it. Very highly recommended!”
“Allan's is excellent food served in a charming atmosphere. The owners are sure to be seen greeting and interacting with their customers. The service is top shelf with reasonable prices.”
“A must visit for everyone. By far the best sushi in the Hudson Valley. I visit here all the time and their all you can eat sushi is amazing and the best deal around.”
“This spot is hidden , passed this location many times not knowing that a marvelous restaurant was there.Nicely spaced tables, attentive service, and full kitchen staff.Wish the chicken wasn’t Cajun style since I’m a punk when it comes to spicy food. Knowing the chicken our other entrees were delicious. The French sticks, forget about it ! Delicious”
“Great atmosphere, historic building where carriages and sleighs were built in the 1800's. Staff was great. Dined on stuffed mushrooms and calamari, then tasty chicken and mashed potato's. Food was delicious.”
“Wow! Great atmosphere, live music, tasty beers and food. Definitely try one or more of their pizzas. This place is great for both small and large groups, as well as families and little ones. It's a dog-friendly establishment as well. We'll probably be back!”
“Delicious chiles rellenos , cantaloupe water and guacamole. The owners are very nice! Great service, we will be coming backVegetarian options: Chile relleno of cheese, vegetarian tacos”
“Great spot for an afternoon snack, spacious enough for remote work, or meeting up with friends as I did. The owners are well-informed, charming, and supportive of the community. Definitely a cafe to keep in my rotation!”
“Came one random night for my lunch break, had the Super quesadilla, lemme tell you, it's named super appropriately. Man it was good. Service was wonderful. They let me be in peace or chatted when I wanted too.”
“Travel 1 hour here… worth every second of it. Excellent hazy IPA beer, relaxing environment and there’s even a band playing. I forgot to say best…pulled pork sandwich I ever had. Second time here and can’t wait to come back.”
“Love that it's family run and everyone is helping out. The ice cream is the freshest I have ever had you can just taste the fresh flavor it's nothing like out of the carton. The Horchata was also delicious.”
“Super friendly service, owner is very nice, friendly. Food quality is high, fresh, home made. Price is reasonable but the serving is not huge.Parking: Municipal lot behind the restaurant, have to go around the corner, the exit to the lot is one way and right next to the restaurant.”

“My husband and I hosted our Friday night welcome party for our wedding weekend at Orange County Distillery, and it was a hit! The space was beautiful—we didn’t end up having to decorate at all—and the staff were so helpful leading up to and during the event. They even lit some fire pits outside for us so we could enjoy the front yard despite the chilly weather!”
