“I went to get my usual gelati. They didn't have the black cherry, only the.Regular cherry. And it looked like it was freezer burnt. There were chunks of ice in it. The girl that was working there gave me a little bit of custard.. Pretty disappointed. Ok,so i went back again to see if they change. “I went here today around 8:30 and there was a long head of cars in front of me. I was aware they were closing soon so the time of my wait was not a problem, although, I saw a customer in front of me get very disrespectful and nasty with the staff, and when I said I was very impressed with the way they handled this situation. I still received my smoothie right and with a nice attitude. Bravo to them
for keeping good perfectionism while managing that, Especially the staff worker with orange hair not sure of her name but she was very nice to me once I pulled up.“
