Dunkin' Donuts in Middletown

“This location would be good if it was more balanced. It seems in the mornings they have an abundance of employees yet at night they sometimes have 2! I have seen a young man and young girl working by themselves numerous times looking very tired and stressed but holding down the counter, cooking food making drinks and running drive thru with no complaints. Teens nowadays do not get enough recognition or incentives to stay at a job yet these two seem to have been raised right! I am hoping the manager will see this and give them a raise and some kind of incentive because they deserve it! The young man is tall lightskin with dark curly hair and the young woman is tall light skin with dark hair. They might be siblings but they are excellent workers and they also make EXCELLENT coffee!“

“I've been going to this Dunkin for about 17 years! They're have a high turnover of staff, but the core staff makes things run as smoothly as they can during rush hours. Food and drinks are good. The line at the drive thru can get a little long in the mornings. Truckers off the highway need to park at Lowe's and walk over. Their parking lot is small and it's cut in half by the drive thru line, which makes it impossible to get out of during rush hours.“

“Just ran in to grab a coffee. Had to place the order on a screen and waited till it came up. Not sure why they ask for your name or give you a number when they just said what the coffee was. So I almost didn't realize it was mine. So it's not bad just not very personable. But I get it in the am and being in a rush people don't have time and can be grumpy. My coffee was good and just the way I ordered 😌 ☺️ so thats a win for me.“

Alisia greeted us warmly and genuinely when we walked in the door, hyped up our orders, and was lovely to speak to. Even with the morning rush, it was calm and peaceful and pleasant.
