“I am very shocked to see the negative reviews on this location. I never have a bad experience here. Occasionally a long wait, but during a very obvious rush and always accompanied by apologies and kindness despite them being under pressure. Coffee is always tasty and consistent. Service is excellent but I wanted to shoutout whoever is working the drive thru today 3/23 @ 9:30 am! The woman who took my order had positive energy radiating through the speaker that made my overwhelming morning much, much better. The gentleman at the window was also very kind. It’s small things that truly make a difference in your experience when it comes to service.“
“Very clean like new DD, asked for the $6.00 breakfast special for 2 & some donuts. When I looked at the bill it was $25. Did my calculation should be no more the $19.00. I went back to the register & a more seasoned person was there, the problem was when he entered the senior discount it wiped out the special price & rings it up separately
So we had to cancel & rering it....who knew! Glad I check my receipts.“
“Other then the drive thru wait being extremely long and uncessary (they should really have people pull up when waiting on things and then bring it out to them to keep the line moving) this place is fantastic. There are a few employees (who I'm so sad to say I don't know there names) really go above and beyond for their job and make me feel so welcomed. As soon as I walk in or the few times I'm able to use the drive thru pull up they are immediately handing me my coffee with a smile without even asking who I am“
