“The only reason I’m giving five stars is to the rest of the staff besides one! Jacob, Dylan, the girl with the glasses and red hair (sorry don’t know her name) are all very kind, polite, professional efficient. They are welcoming when you come in and greet everyone as you should. They know what is going on daily and make my day starting off to work. On some newer days, there is one particular employee may even be a new supervisor lacks in all the above. She does not smile EVER and is dismissive. Never greets and just says what do you want? I think this Dunkin has come a long way and is clean and has nicer people working there but the energy and vibe shifts when that lady is on. She was there the other night at 6:45 and I came I. Excited before closing and said “yay I made it!” Made it for a nice evening ice. She looked at me and didn’t smile but instead rushed me so she can close.“
“Pretty good DD. Convenient in and out. Food is very good. I really like this Dunkin Shop. They do have the best coffee and tea. I also love their grilled cheese sandwich, with extra cheese for extra gooeyness. I like the donuts, although I don't have them often. The muffins are very good, but they don't have some of them all the time. I loved the apple cider donuts too, before they ran out of the mix to make them. They should definitely bring them back this fall because pumpkin everything is getting old. They should also bring back the cheese bagel twists. They never have them anymore. The breakfast sandwiches are good and I get them occasionally. The bagels are not my favorite. They seem kind of hard most of the time and they should be soft and squishy. They should try to work on that because they always seem stale. The croissants are good, not as good as a croissant made in France, but not bad. I like the new sourdough bread that they have now. The avocado toast is very good. I don't like the sundried tomatoes though. They should try to build on the avocado toast because it is so popular with healthy people. I use to like the egg white veggie flatbread but they don't have that all the time now. They should try to add new things to the menu because people like diversity alot in the items they choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I don't like that they changed their rewards program. It is a step backwards even tho they added new items to choose from. They had one of the best customer appreciation rewards program before and now it is perceived as a take away with not getting as many points towards free drinks.“
“Great customer service. Bella went above and beyond, all I wanted was a little extra sweetener but she went in the back and opened a brand new one as the one they used in my coffee was low. That is proper customer service! Most people would prob just use the same one.“
