Dunkin' Donuts in New Milford

“I went to get a purchas of Dunkin donuts where I can get to share with my grandchildren, it is a 10.00 ticket I get from my job. I was satisfied with the donuts I got, the service was great, as a matter of fact Dunkin services always great
And the have nice donuts. I am please of what I got in exchange.“

“Dunkin’ is always an easy win when I need coffee and something quick. I like that I can grab my drink, maybe a donut or breakfast sandwich, and be on my way without making a whole stop out of it. It’s simple, familiar, and comes through when I need a quick pick-me-up.“

“Very small but nice place. It was mostly empty so I did get a table and my order both right away. The staff was nice as well. One of the only Dunkins I've gone to that didn't put cheese on my bacon-egg-and-no-cheese sandwich, thank you for that. I did go in the early afternoon on a weekday, so I assume it'd be different otherwise. Anyway, 10/10.“

“I went through the drive through here and the gentleman running the window gave my coffee to the person in front of me by mistake. They quickly realized the mistake, returned the coffee, got their correct order and I pulled up. I joked with the gentleman, “what are you giving my coffee to someone else?” I was just trying to get a laugh as it was really not a big deal. He said, “your coffee is on the house.” I pretty much threw my credit card at him and he wouldn’t take it. He shut the window on me! I stayed and grabbed a few singles I had in the car, and tried to give him a tip. He smiled and thanked me. It’s little actions like this that make me a loyal customer. Great customer service. I’ll be back for sure!“
