“Inspired by childhood memories, we pulled off the highway to experience a Boston crème donut. Something I adored as a child but have not had in several decades. Now I'm not saying I'm old but I've been around a long time. Let me first share my bathroom experience. It did not disappoint. Cleanliness was acceptable. There was an eco friendly dryer and the ambiance was appropriate. We ordered the cold brew, Boston crème donut and a newer menu item ( at least considering that I have not been to Duncan donuts in several decades as noted previously) the mini bagel bites. The cold brew was okay--met the need but nothing special. The Boston crème was as I remember, yummy but on the sweet side. The mini bagel bites were a delightful surprise. We got the everything version. It was served warm and there was a delectable blend of bagel dough, schmear, and seasoning. However there is one caveat. As we all know everything seasoning is the taste that keeps on giving and as such it may require some post bagel consumption flossing. DD should consider serving with a toothpick to encourage excellence in oral hygiene.“
“A convenient Dunkin' Donuts for those traveling on interstate 84 looking for an easy on and off. It is located in Southbury CT. right off of exit 15 in a small shopping center off a side street.Food and service were standard for a Dunkin' donuts. Though the two times I've been in there it's been very busy, service times were reasonable.There was plenty of parking. One note, I did not notice on either visit a drive thru, that might discourage some visitors.“
