A convenient Dunkin' Donuts for those traveling on interstate 84 looking for an easy on and off. It is located in Southbury CT. right off of exit 15 in a small shopping center off a side street.Food and service were standard for a Dunkin' donuts. Though the two times I've been in there it's been very busy, service times were reasonable.There was plenty of parking. One note, I did not notice on either visit a drive thru, that might discourage some visitors.
I couldn't believe the line of people when I walked through the door. I had placed a mobile order prior to arriving and probably stood waiting for 15 minutes, alongside the many others who were as well. I can only assume people called out, a machine broke, or it was just a busy day. Despite, I commend the staff for staying calm and working to address everyone. They didn't get flustered and they continued to work together to meet the needs of all the customers. Couldn't tell you...read full review
